wait, i thought janick was still in a fighter. and i thought stupid was with the imperials. this is too confusing. you promote people too quickly, and you have too many people comein with too many different ships. its the main reason why me (and probably the other players) are on the planet. im not trying to seem mean though
Sorry. I should have mentioned the past experiences of every promoted NPC.
For instance, MacWire's first assignment as a Major was in the last battle of the New Republic against Grand Admiral Thrawn (over Coruscant) where she led a squad against the Imperial battle globes (same as the Trade Federation battle globes), 1 year before this RP is taking place. Admiral Stupid made the mistake of promoting MacWire of more than one rank at once.
As of Tarpals, he fought his first battle as a Captain (navy) when Admiral Daala attacked Naboo, two months before Grand Admiral Thrawn attacked Coruscant. (see Ships of the Battle of Capinar for New Republic ranks, also valid for the Empire)
Rear Admiral Praji was featured as a Commander at Yavin IV, ten years before that RP is taking place. At Endor, he fought as a Captain and he fought at Mon Calamari as a Commodore. Coruscant was the first engagement he fought as a Rear Admiral. He retained this rank when he changed sides to the New Republic.
Are there more NPCs I should make matters clear about?
Kerl suffered the same fate as his father, a Gungan Cavalry captain: died in battle. His father died in the defense of Naboo (in the Clone Wars) while Kerl's fighter hit the Imperial ion cannon in the Koringwood.
after making sure the ion cannon was good, Dozek got on a speeder with Zofia and sped off to find Zuke. they were looking through the forest when they saw someone cutting throught the plants with a red lightsaber. they landed next to him dozek got off and then helped Zofia down as well. he took off his helmet and grinned at Zuke
Zuke looked up at the trooper. "Dozek. Hello there" he said calm. "Zofia" he added. "It have been a while since we met." he smiled at Dozek. "Anything new?".

Our forces have successfully taken control over the New Republic fortress and have begun firing the ion cannon on the New Republic fleet above the planet. we are also preparing the 5th and 22nd regiments for an attack on the planet's only space-port. with that under our control, we will be able to repair our badly-damaged ships, and stop the New Republic from repairing their own ships. come, we must go to division HQ."
*Dozek and Zofia and Zuke get on the speeder and race off*
When Dozek saw zuke grip Zofia, he sent his hand for his blaster, but about half way there, he realized what he was doing and stopped his hand. he couldn't believe he would have trried to shoot Zuke. he had to control his feelings better. he put his mind back on the task at hand, getting to HQ. after a short ride, they got back to the fortress, which was being repaired aafter the battle. they proceeded through the hallways up to the war room, where the 74th infantry division commander, General Mallack, and the commander of the 56th armored battalion, General Revanton, were constructing a battle-plan to take the space-port. Dozek and Zofia Stood at attention and saluted. Mallack looked up.
Mallack: Trey, is that you? take that helmet off*Dozek takes off helmet*
Dozek: Yes sir, it is me.
Mallack: Lt. Trey Dozek, i remem-
Dozek: It's Captain now, sir.
Mallack: Captain? well good show, old boy! I can understand why they would promote you. you did a fantastic job taking this fortress. this will diffinetly turn the tide of the battle. oh, and who is this?*looks at Zofia. she removes her helmet*
Zofia: Seargent Zofia, reporting for duty, sir.
Dozek:*looks affectionly at her, then snaps out of it* uhuh, she has assisted me in every attack i have done sir.
Mallack: well, i guess you should start calling her Lt.Zofia from now on Trey. *Zofia's eyes widen*
Zofia: thank you sir!
*Zuke makes a fake cough to grab Dozek's attention*
Dozek: OH! uh sir, this is Zuke, the fleet's Sith commander.
*Revanton looks up* Revanton: a Sith?
Zuke smiled as he noticed what dozek did when he gripped zofia. he was about to shoot him. This was not a good thing, and would have a great defect on a battle, if she got in harm. He would lose focus and probably make one misstake after another.
They arrived to the HQ.
"Might be" zuke said to the man who reacted on him being a sith. "got any problem with that?" he asked and looked at the man.

Mallack could tell things were headed towards an argument, so he changed the subject.
Mallck: well Zuke, why dont you come over here and see our plan. Revanton's artillery will hit them at this location*points* this will cause the New Republic to think we will attack there, when in fact we will stirke from the right flank and overwhelm them. Revanton's armored battalion will split up and attack in a pincer movement, while my regiments, the 5th and the 22nd, will go with the AT-STs and attack the right side. Revanton will have 5 AT-ATs assault the left in a diversionary attack. Dozek will lead the 22nd infantry regiment, and you shall lead the 5th. any questions?
Zuke got mad at the man named Revanton. "Well, you are just abou...." He stopped when Mallack started to talk to him. he followed the instrictions. "I have no questions exept one. Will i have any other persons then just regular soldiers in the 5th.?"

Mallack: The 5th infantry regiment is made mostly of regular stormtroopers, but there are a couple of snipers in it as well. Well then, let's get this show on the road.
*Dozek, Zuke, and Zofia walk out of the room and head to the hangar. they get on a Lamda and fly to the staging area. Dozek finds his regiment of 2000. he points to the other side of the camp and says that is where the 5th are. he shakes Zukes hand and walks away*
Dozek: Zofia, you will take command of Alpha battalion. understood?
Zofia: Yes sir.*starts to walk off*
Dozek: uhm, Zofia. i was wondering if maybe once we take this space-port and get our 2-day leave(mini- vacation for soldiers stationed somewhere), maybe you would want to go to a cantina and get a bite to eat?
Zofia:*puts on helmet* I would love to, Trey. *walks over to battalion*
Dozek goes over to another officer and begins to chat, but wonders if Zuke is finding his way through the camp okay.
Suddenly, there were New Republic troops coming out from the forest using hailfire droids Mk.II, the kind of units the New Republic would use for suicide missions. It still have its 30-missile supply, but a EWHB-10 heavy repeater was added in the middle of it. From the bridge of the Enterprise-B, Rear Admiral Whitten tries to talk to the LAAT/I squad commander, Commander Cool (a.k.a. Commander Homer Simpson).
Tara: All right, Commander Cool! Open fire on the ion cannon!
Homer: Yes, sir!
Now three LAAT/Is were whining to life and fired baradium HEAP missiles towards the ion cannon.
OOC- How can Sergeant Zofia can take command of a battalion? That's kind of funny. Look, Dozek, the commander of your regiment of 2,000 is Colonel Rack Sanders, who often hides behind subordinates such as you to eat fried chicken. Unless Zofia had been promoted. Stormtroopers became the regular infantry of the Empire, snipers are called Dark Troopers.
IC- But the infantry was lying in wait for further orders. Lizzie succeeded to land in the Tupac. But Janick was flying in a shuttle from the Gruesome One to the Rainbow Warrior, the flagship of Stupid. Even if the starboard was under fire from a Venator. Will Janick's shuttle make it to the docking bay where Stupid is waiting for evacuation?
Janick: This is General Dellant. Admiral Stupid, you'll be moved to your new flagship, the Tupac. The captain of your flagship is your former literature teacher at officer school. Please take that shuttle, even if it is an Imperial design, to ensure you will outlive your ship.
Ima: Yes, general!
The copilot of Janick's shuttle as well as the two gunners (every Lambda-class shuttle is equipped with two laser turrets which are considered as heavy on surface battlefields but as light in space fights) see the Rainbow Warrior be split in two. One half falls to the atmosphere, the front part, the other half is still under fire by the Venator.
Lizzie: Kill any and all Imperial troops within firing range of your position!
Communications officer on the ground: Yes, sir!
The brigade of New Republic Marines (New Republic equivalent of Dark Troopers) fire their DC-17s in the back of the few Imperials that can killed within range.
