both are legends. both are overrated.
biggie is easily the better mc, but pac put more emotion in his music.
Pac was a hypocrite a lot of the time too, which is why I dislike him. He was two sided, there was "Thug Life" 2 Pac than this ghetto poet, streetstory weaving 2Pac. I think he's like the black Kurt Cobain. People claim he was deeper than he appeared, had a lot to say, etc etc. I thought he was average, and I always kept that opinion.
Biggie on the other hand. I could listen to "Ready to Die" on repeat over and over again. I think that his "rags to riches" story was the most credible, easy to listen to, catchy, and most of all..real . In the early 90's, when studio gangsters were still an issue, BIG put the East Coast back on the map with his first album, which was raw as hell, P. Doofy was making his own beats. IMO, Chris Wallace was the poet.

i remember on the Wake Up Show when K Tech asked Chino XL
"Pac vs Big"
Chino XL gave the perfect answer. (not exactly word for word)
Big was easily the better mc, but more people were able to relate to Pac.
i liked Pac's first album, and i liked Bigs first album. both are legends, both are overrated.
just my opinion on the two
