If Jean was alive, I'd have to say her but she's not so I have to say Rachel with Storm as a close second then Rouge if she had control over her power. She could have a semblance of omnipotence with all of the powers she acquired of the course of her life time.

Storm is now a confirmed Omega Level mutant. But she could hold off the Phoenix before hand. I can't give an example because I forgot where I seen that but I know it happened.

Storm owns almost any who challenges her.

Agreed. Even if you look at all her powers it's clear to tell she's that powerful.Plus her new abilities such as being able to see in almost compelt darkness

The beings of great power she has failed to absorb up until that point in general and also due to pure depth and scope of power are Mephisto, Mojo, Garokk, The Silver Surfer, The Magus, An Encoder (when they were at full power), The Adversary, The Shadow King, and The Entity (Heroes for Hope one shot, is another form for the Shadow King, but could warp reality). Of them she could only not absorb at all (meaning not even fractions of them) were Mephisto, The Silver Surfer, and The Adversary. She has absorbed virtually all kinds of characters powers that she has encountered, yet can't absorb Apocalypse. Now what does that say about his power?

Any thoughts on Illyana Rasputin? Teleportation is pretty versital in its own right, but she's got magic on top of that. Plus she's just cool.
