It's true, he was effected....he shouldn't have been, or at least he should have known about it.
He is a big pre-cog and he does have a waterfall in his house that shows the future, ya'd think this woulda popped up in it.
Same with the Onslaught saga, he wasn't used then or now because the story wouldn't be able to progress if he was being used fully, it's all about the x-men.
Strange has resisted reality warping from the I.G twice, Wanda can't possibly be more powerful than that.

Well her powers are [SPOILER - highlight to read]: spilling over into other universe/realities and f**king up Otherworld, the nexus between realities so if that counts as affecting more than one universe/reality then yeh.
Oh but she is. And by far mid-level. MM is probably one of the strongest telepaths in DC, and she stopped him from using it on her as well as the whole JLA.
Strange and Fate both have artifacts, where Zatanna doesnt. Why? Because Zatanna is made up of pure magic. Just before she left the JLA, Zatanna mystically merged with the "Godhead," the collective consciousness of all beings, living and dead. She needs no artifacts like the others.
All spell casting is based of concentration. There are many times where Strange is distracted and caught off guard by being blasted, punched, trapped etc. If shes battling Strange, real or illusion, shes in full concentration. They all seem to mainly focus on their immediate foe.
If nothing is stopping them from banishment, then its done. Banishment takes a second if that. The real Strange would be the only one standing. It doesnt take Fate, and Zatanna to do the banishment. Even if She's banished, she'll come right back in mere seconds, so thats not much of an option.
He's also been banished by Gaea. She can draw on the spiritual energies of all of Earth’s living beings since all of these beings share part of her life essence. She can command the forces of nature on Earth, such as storms and volcanic activity. Like is stated before, Zatanna mystically merged with the "Godhead," the collective consciousness of all beings, living and dead. Not just from Earth and not just living. She can most certainly banish Strange.
Strange and the Defenders were trapped in pillars and held by the gem of tartarus. Strange was able to speak, but yet was unable to do a spell to release him or break free through astral form.
Eternity gave him power to win against who? An evil treat? Death maybe? Eternity represents life. Of course she would. Zatanna and Fate dont represent Death, thus i highly doubt shed help Strange out. Unless shes done so any other time?
There ya go. It could go either way, what I've said from the beginning. You were saying he had no chance, I said he did.
Unless of course he gets help from Eternity.
No, Eternity will give him power when he needs it, not just for certain things, only when he is up against odds that he can't handle.
Like the first time he asked, he was up against Mordo & Dormmamu, Eternity refused and told Strange he'd only help if Strange couldn't do it by himself.
So, it's basically....if Strange can't win this fight on his own, he will get help, then he will win 10/10, without help, this fight can go either way. That's why you don't give Strange prep in these fights, he will dominate, especially against heavy odds.
You still haven't countered the fact that Strange can go into Astral form. No one can touch him there, and he is just as powerful there as he is normally, and only weakens if he's there over 24hours.
