the replacement doctor octopus has a force field..and 'he' was a 'she' (Carolyn Trainer)...the male version is the same as before, just reincarnated..all he has is genius intellect and four titanium like tentacles...
I think Doc wins this in any one of his forms, adamantium arms or not.
Wolverine could cut off one or even two tentacles at the same time as they sped at him...but what about the other two? All four arms come in at four different angles and -lets say worst case scenario- two of them get cut off, the other two will be speeding into Logan's soft stomatch and eye sockets.
You don't need to break someone's skull to destroy their brain, Ock 8/10
Which tends to happen a lot..... though I think he either ditched it or it was confiscated by the police when he got arrested... he definitely didn't have it the last couple of times he fought Spider-Man
wow i've been reading this for a while now when i just noticed it's at 81 pages.... no i did want to read it all in order to avoid making any points that may have been stated before but your out of your ever lovin mind if you think i'm gonn read 81 pages of cm arguements with wolverine lovers.... first of let me make my stance in this fight know, i like both characters i respect both i think doc ock is one of the best spidy villans ever he can bring it to peter on every level, at the same time he does have his flasw and his arrogance has often been his downfall, also i like wolverine i think he's an awsome fighter who can do loads of damage because many opponents tend to underestimate him, however he does seem to be over inflated at times for a marvel character and his healing factor cant always save him. That being said based on the ablities of both characters AND based on thier past behavoiers and fighting styles i would have to say doc ock would take the majority of the wins. This being he is far more versital than wolverine his tenticals are faster stronger and more agile than wolverine is i have no doubts wolverine would come in and get close to octavius maybe even cut off a tentical but there's no way he can out manuver all and 2 is all ock needs to take away his primary form of attack if eve one of wolverine's arms are grabed ock could easily stop his movements and keep him in the air wolverine may lash out at the arm keeping him up but then again ther are 3 more where that came from he's getting pinned down, not to mention before it even gets that close ock could pick up 4 large heavy objects in each arm and throw/smash wolverine with it he's not dodgeing them all nomatter how you look at it even if he cuts through some more would be right on top of him, then the arms could easily move in and grab him while he was busy nomatter how i go over it in my mind i see ock catching wolverines arms he's not stong enough to break free of them and with the tenticals out of reach he cant cut them to get free ock could beat him around like a rag doll but like i said ock's arrogance leads to his downfall i'm sure he'll bring wolverine in close after he caught him to insult him and slap him around a bit like he did to spiderman on their frist encounter but if ock's not careful and he ignores logans legs he's gonna end up getting his neck broken again

WOW, I thought it was just going to be like ten pages, and thought I could at least read those. However, after the first seven, (which were some of the most painful in my life, due to the same repeated, pointless accusations over and over and over again, and a near-complete lack of intelligent arguments, the few ones seeming to come from C-master), I gave up, pressed last page, and swore when I realized it was 81 pages long. Jeez.
Anyways,
I refuse to go completley one sided, and will try to provide intelligent arguments for both, though I'm sure they've been stated before.
I think Doc Ock has a very good chance in a fight like this, as he is equipped with four smart, strong, extremley versatile and more then slightly homicidal appendages, capable of ripping men limb from limb, and much more. I think the major edge Wolverine has, however, is his stealth, tracking capabilities. If he was able to stay out of Doc's view, he might be able to get the jump on him, as a single stab from his claws would take the doctor down. Granted, Octopus has essentialy five sets of eyes (and ears?) and is not exatly stupid. But, supposedly, Wolverine has dissapeared right before Nightcrawler's eyes, (ironic) and is capable of moving faster then the human eye can track. I have heard these arguments (from people whom I believe argue much more intelligently then your stereotypical blind-fanboy), and have seen some evidence to back them up, but I know well enough how prone wolverine is to fluctuating limits on his abilities. But, if its a western duel, then I have to say, Wolvie's screwed.
