That's not my favorite version. I liked the one that kept having all the good character moments. Things like rollerblading with the professor, or the like.
But besides that I did say at present, she's currently between power states, transitioning toward the necks, er.. I mean next.

You could always do a second version or entertain us with the most powerful version, actually I am curious how an expert would place Jubilee, I like this thread for that purpose.
Hmm... First suit Wondra would do better. She was a class 100(lifted a 135ton train engine over her head) flying, phasing brick with pym partilce shrink bombs and spiderman webbing...
That could make things a bit more difficult for the street levelers and even some of the low meta people.
Problem is she didn't display much in the way of speed.
I couldn't tell you for certain who she could win again. I suspect she'd lose to the majority up there as Wondra.
While her strength and durability has been increased as well as the number of abilities at her disposal, she still lacks the speed feats needed to be able to tag most of the street levelers.
Her best bet on the list would be cyclops. Other than that I can't confirm one way or the other against the street levelers. But she'd lose against everybody above a certain point.
Maybe. He's probably the best bet for her to beat because as I said she has no speed feats as wondra. So even the pym particle bombs (which can be batted back at her) or the spiderman webbing (she's not as experienced/trained/skilled with it as the genuine article) aren't guarentees.
Mags packs a mean punch, he smacked around Sebastian Saw with his bare fists. Good enough for me.
