Adamantium Ock was insane, he ripped apart Iron Man like tin foil.
Normal Ock not so much, he has been bludgeoned over eighty times mostly by street levlers and lower metas

Well current Ock has 8 tentacles now, so I would think it might post a bit of a problem. Also would Ozy have a way to reliably destroy them? Because if that isn't the case the adamantium won't make a difference.
Using Spider-Man, at CM's request. I did not do yes/no, but did how many out of 10. It felt weird to do all or nothing, since writing 'yes' for, say, a 2/10 seemed weird...made it seem like I was saying he'd beat that person, which usually he wouldn't:

Namor has flight, faster reaction time, and is a much better fighter. The fact that he's probably a bit less strong and durable is a moot point. He'd be able to tag Spidey, whereas it would be possible for Pete to dodge Shulky for a LONG time and wear her down. Same reason I gave him a few against Thing, and to a lesser extent bricks like Ares or Wrecker (those two I'm less certain about, btw...I may be forgetting parts of their power set). The kicker with any of those is thunderclaps, which can be a huge edge against SM. But none of them are so powerful as to be able to KO him with t-claps. Given the right setting, SM could easily work around such attacks and continue wearing them down.
