eh, chapter wasn't half bad, though it seemed like Isshin and Masaki became interested in one another a bit too fast. then again, they did save each other's lives so I might be wrong on this count. and okay, so the hollow was made from the body of a dead soul reaper, who bit Masaki (and possibly leaving traces of itself in her) and she's a Quincy who has kids with a soul reaper... wow, so assuming there were still traces of soul reaper in the hollow, then shouldn't Ichigo be more soul reaper than anythign else? then again, I am also most likely wrong on thsi count...

it's also the first time either had met a person from the other side of the tracks so to speak. They both had preconceived notions of what the other was supposed to be, and they both happen to be exceptions to the rule... in the most positive way possible.
I think at this point it's more intrigue than love.

And did anybody notice that Aizen had a surprised expression on his face this chapter. I didn't know Aizen could be surpised about anything non-Ichigo related.

eh, that remains to be seen. but isn't it still pedophilia with Isshin being who know how old while Masaki is most likely centuries younger than him? after all, soul reapers age pretty damn slowly.

Like mother like son. And reading through this flashback, I still don't why Ryuken acts so coldly towards Uryu or what the heck Ichigo is supposed to be taking away from this. Maybe its just the pacing that's getting to me is all.
