they're probably the same as Nemu, except Kisuke never managed to perfect them as Mayuri did with Nemu. That's what i gathered from Mayuri's dialogue about "stepping out of Kisuke shadow"... though i guess that could just be a general statement in regards to scientific achievement that has nothing to do with the Ururu and Ginta specifically.
Kyoraku's about to use his Bankai. Against a dude that looks like swiss cheese.

Since his Shikai is already so broken that he could defeat just about anyone (due to it having magical...stuff thingie), his bankai may get much weirder.
But, this is Bleach.
Person A: I have a super duper undefeatable power Y!
Person B: I just so happen to have a counter to super duper undefeatable power Y called power X!!!
Person A: I knew you had that so that's why I can use counter-X power Z!!!
Person B: My power is not susceptable to counter X power Z because I have upgraded my power X to level twwwwwoooo!
Question: How did the Soul Reapers not realize that Ichigo was Isshin's son? Think about it. Isshin vanishes from the Soul Society about twenty years before Ichigo shows up in Soul Society to rescue Rukia.
Then the last name comes into play, it shouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that, with his spirit energy so powerful and so easily increased to captain level, that he had a parent with really high spirit energy (or at least some relative).
Lastly, there comes just family resemblance and recognition. Surely Rangiku, his lieutenant, or even Yamamoto, should have been able to look at Ichigo and say "Huh, this kid looks kind of like a younger, ginger version of Isshin, they must be related."
Anyway, could somebody please help figure this out?
Another question: Why does Central 46 always screw everything up? Like, not one of their decisions (that we have seen) have ever ended well, and yet it is supposed to be the wisest group in the entire Soul Society.
"The Daemon lied with every breath. It could not help itself but to deceive and dismay, to riddle and ruin. The more we conversed, the closer I drew to one singularly ineluctable fact: I would gain no wisdom here."
There are two that come to mind right now.
1. Their decisions to trust Aizen regarding Urahara and the Visords.
2. Their decision regarding the Bounts (in the anime).
