thanos has crushed ss. terrax is below him. destroyer is different - -he;d have to find a way to drive out the living force that is running the destroyer. if he can, he wins easily. if not, there's nothing he can do to harm the destroyer and he'd have to win cheap by teleporting it away or containing it with some high level weapon.

What would stop Onslaught from taking over Terrax and the two of them curb stomping the same construct that Thor put down? If we are talking about Terrax before his power was stunted by Galactus this really is a no contest for Onslaught after he took the Tamers mind over.
