I'm surprised this thread didnt go further than it did, so I'm reviving it. I don't know how fast the Doc can cast a spell. Seems to me (offhand) that if the conflict is sudden and w/o warning, WW takes it. But given even a few seconds of prep, I'd give this to the Strangemeister.

with prep time Strange Wins with his spells he wins but not if he doesnt use powers from upper beings like the vishanti and etc etc.
