Meggan could do it. She's copied pwoers before, which means she could add some of Namor's strength to her own. Add tot hat fire and lava control, and all the other elements shec an control, Meggan takes this about 6-7/10.

1. She can beat him down physically with ease.
2. She can emulate some elemental powers, like Iceman's and beat him with them.
3. She can capitalize on empathy and make im submit.
