great scans. I loved the cabal story when i read it and enjoyed seeing namor smacked down shaw........although I should add, I pretty much love seeing him smack down anyone.lol
thanx. Shaw as my favorite too. alot about that, especially being what Shaws power is, that Namor took his best like it ws nothing, dropped him in one page, and did after being out of water for awhile. thats not a feat alot can claim on Shaw, not using physical force.

after re-reading this......i really gotta say that namor made the xmen look like a bunch of pansies in handling marrina......while they were "scrambling" after a failed group effort, he simply picked her up and finished her in one fell swoop. quite impressive if you ask me

Namor fights Sentry for the 2nd time. Note that when sentry leaves the fight Namor appears to be fine, and standing unscaffed, perhaps perplexed at his departure......this is after sentry flys him through two buildings and plows him into the ground with enough force to cause considerable damage to the landscape. still though, namor couldn't seem to do much to sentry here.
I'd like to display in this feat one of those seldom seen namor powers......you know like electricity absorption and radar.......this one's called divine intervention.lol
seriously though, every single time namor has died(which is only twice), the God Neptune has resurrected him and given him something to turn the tide of the battle....like for instance:
Here Namor has been switched into the feeble, weak body of Rick Jones. A massive foe who is battling the hulk knocks him into a swimming pool...and he drowns(lol, ironic, i know)......nonetheless Neptune appears, and grants namor back his life and the strength of his own body.....and this isn't the only time. I'll try to find the 2nd time and post it.....think it's namor v3 36 or 37
actually in namora's little description it states "atlantean princess, see namor"..........so maybe they're trying to potray these two as equal......from her very introduction 6 or so decades ago she's stated to be as strong/fast.....she also claims herself to be his equal(Hulk #107)......i'm personally not so sure. she hasn't done nearly enough yet(she did sock the crap outta ms. marvel, which was highly entertaining), and her GA stats state her as "at least 75 tons", which is not so specific(it doesn't even mention submersion in water), but it could be considered less than Namor's 100 class status.
idk....i know that was the issue where herc and namor fought but i cant recall.......i do know that incredible hulk #107 Namor claimed to Herc that nobody can match his strength underwater and Namora objected saying "except me"
oh....i have that on my thread....lol, i just didn't put 2 and 2 together and realize what she was saying. funny
but yeah it seems that with her re-entrance into the MU recently their trying to potray her as equal(it was said ven before, but never reallydisplayed)......namor will never fight her(that is unless one of these brilliant writers think up some special circumstances).....so idk how'll we'll ever actually find out save her accumulating some equally amazing feats throughtout her future appearances.....she's done some cool stuff lately, but i'm still waiting to see if she honors her claims
you mean x-men vs agents of atlas?........i was thinking(and hoping that) namor might get involved in that.....if he did i know Namora would try to fight him......for some reason, she's way more willing to brawl than Namor, even though she's supposedly madly in love with him.....although, so is every dame that crosses his path.lol
