"My first plan is to get all of you in shape. Our original heros just woke up from a 200 year sleep, some of you are newcomers who just happened to tag along, and Rade is probably the most combat efficent right now. My plan is to get you all in fighting shape." Apothis looked each person in eyes.
A flash of light and Raiden appeared beside him, "Apothis is right, you all need something to get in shape. To be what you once were, and if I can, much more. David shook his head and 'joined hands'. "I am to weak to even battle his bodyguards" David was abit sour from laying on the floor, but it made him know he was alive again, that was for sure.

(half a mile) Raiden handed each of them a goblet of glowing liquid, "This is a potion of pure energy. Drink up, you wont need to sleep fora few days."
