I hated the visuals, CGI was bad imho. But to each his own.

I read all the spoilers for Justice League. I'm definitely gonna see it now. Hype is rising.

I needed to do that to see if it would be worth seeing.

You've seen the Batsignal scene?

Ezra can really ruin every scene there is. Why the f*ck he was offered the role?

Ezra is awful as Barry from everything I've seen.

It's almost as bad as Jesse as Lex.

Ezra is more like young Wally or Bart than Barry.

I like him as an actor though.

"fck you" applies to you in perpetuity, so it doesn't matter what you say.

Well seeing as how barry is my favorite dc hero...they kinda ruined my hype for the dceu very early on. And the footage so far really hasnt helped.

The fact that the movie's premise is that Magneto was right, that the mutant holocaust at the hands of humanity does come, yet the movie ends with Mystique choosing to believe in Charles's hope instead of joining Magneto's survival and preemptive retaliation [which, in the end, is the most logical thing to do], to believe in a bright future despite knowing for CERTAIN that they might be headed towards total annihilation, is great, because it's a movie where you SEE where they would ultimately end up, and how few would actually choose to believe in the good. To see old Xavier/Magneto standing side by side in an apocalyptic future, without a "I told you so", as friends, and contrasting it with the young, depressed Xavier and militant Eric, all ending up in a focal point of hope vs desperation with everything on the line was, again, amazing.

You felt the stakes, you felt for the characters and it's the central conflict of the X-Men Universe expressed beautifully and to its end point, in which Xavier ultimately prevailed [well, by first failing and then having to rewrite history, but it's details!]

Don't spoil it Philo, but is it good or bad based on the spoilers you've read?

It's a Marvel movie.

Generic, weak villain, simple plot, quips. The heroes are fun, though, so there's that.
