alright...now Sidious is strong in the Force, and a pretty able duelist considering he sabered 3/4 Jedi in only a few swings while they tried to arrest him. and he beat off Yoda in the Senate building.
but what if Yoda, in all his Force mastery..went sith? and used everything he knew. could you imagine his now aggressive and sith-like style? not to mention his Force powers? i think, in 800 years, Yoda has probably studied and perhaps mastered even sith Force abilities...even if he doesn't use them, because he had no problem absorbing Dooku's lightning. so what if he used this knowledge to fight?
i think Yoda here would just dominate Sidious. but i don't know. i'm up to lots of comments for this one, as we've never seen a Sith Yoda, and therefore must guess at what he could/would do.

Yoda using almost all defensive force powers would be a match for Sidious. Sidious had every tactical advantage in that fight and was a victor due to circumstance. If Yoda used a vast array of Sith force powers, he would likelly take this with relative ease.
It has been officially conjectured that Yoda would be a force to be reckoned with if he fell to the dark side.
Yoda *is* already a force to be reckoned with, Illustrious.
Dooku thought in Dark Rendezvous that if Yoda had ever given in and turned to the Dark Side, he would easily become the most powerful being in the galaxy without any competition. So where he and Sidious are roughly equal now, Yoda would probably obliterate Sidious.
Glen. Dooku -- who seems to be a very rational and intelligent person -- thinks that if Yoda turned to the Dark Side, he'd be able to take him and even Sidious off at the same time while scratching his little green privates with his free hand.
Look. The Dark Side can equip Yoda with offensive powers. Sorry to say, but he didn't stay and duke it out with Sidious simply because that without his lightsaber - Yoda can't take the offensive. Sidious had the advantage.
If Yoda joined the Dark Side, he'd have access to deadly powers and the MINDSET to use them.

Words to end the debate I saw on several OT threads.
And I think that speculations like this are only acceptable if we debate in a vague sense; there can be no definate winner because you're basically taking a completely different person who is a twisted version of something we already know and comparing it to something else. The variables are way too much to make a clear victor. And if Yoda was a Sith, he may never have lived 900 years.
how many times do i have to say it yoda did go dark for few days, during his meditation over the new news that dooku went dark he wanted to know why, so he went dark, came back and used the memories of theat experionce to make dooku wet himself.
