A normal one that he doesn't need a whole lot of time to cast, I assume. Not one of the "combines all of his items into an energy attack and stalemates the Infinity Gauntlet for a bit" blasts. Just his normal, everyday magic bolts.

Trust me dude i know quite alot about physics (although I'm pissed) so this is a good guiled. Know one likes me on this forum mainly because I'm controversial but right.
Technically the Flash wins this, mainly because of physics, but as physics isn't applied to comics lets count him out.
In first place I'll give it to Hal Jordan, um mm he can do what ever he Will's which means he can will more than any other person accomplishes.

Meh, Strange doesn't have many brute force quick spells, but it was enough to k.o a herald in one shot. Nova I think. Oh, his eye is a quick spell, it blew up a planet.
