Well, it all depends on why he moved that fast. One assumes that if they COULD have given him parts that could keep upw ith his brain, they would have. Just means that the materials couldn't handle the strain of moving any faster. Now, takes an enhanced human body that can handle about five times the strain as the cyborg parts and give it that same brain... it seems you'd have a much faster being than Deathlok was.
that is true, if i wanted to take his weapons out of this fight i could, he onlys has 2 hands. i could easily take care of his sheild and his gun that shots those special bullets
there are plenty of way i can hurt him and i have listed them above

That's is bullstuff...Death Agent has have 100,000 times reaction speed than human..Agent will always be able to hit him with his guns or the fist...also..I can use the gas that I have that will make you go bye bye.

Also...the issue remain that Agent Death is more powerful with weapons and carry them along with him with mask....nothing anything he can do to harm my body.

no human can have that sorta reaction time
the usual human neuron firing time alone is 170mph....at 100000 times that de neurons will be firing at mach 22,000 and at that speed, tour body will need to be cooled by liquid nitrogen to keep u from over heating. and tahst just if your neurons are firing. if u try to move at that sped, your limbs are gonna fly off every time u move and when they fly off, they will also be travelling at over mach 20,000 and what ever they hit if they have not been atomized from teh speed will be akin to a nuclear bomb or a meteor falling out of the sky.
