The hand ascended WW and asked her to be ready to fight a bigger threat. They wouldn’t have removed her powers/ amps and kept her ascended. Then what would be the point?
Ascending her, telling to help them fight a bigger threat and removing her power would be like sending baseball hitter to the plate without a baseball bat. Doesn’t make sense.

Why give her the tools to fight the enemy without even knowing who the enemy is. It doesn’t make sense
Same way they won’t give her the name of the threat, they probably won’t give her the power to just defeat the enemy either
As far as I’m concerned, you really can’t go past her level of power without reaching omnipotent levels.
She died at the end of her fight with BWL. Therefore we won’t know for sure if she was resurrected at full power or not. She clearly doesn’t look like it
Also DArkseid waited until after WW left to attack and kill the Quintessence. Maybe he didn’t want a confrontation with WW?
You can tell from the expression that quintessence were pissed with WW being above them. Hera used to get worshipped by the Amazons . There is no way an arrogant and conceited Hera would ever acknowledge that WW is beyond her now. The best she would say is that they peers . So we should definitely not put too much stock into her words that’ an ascended ww is now their peer.

They were just not at Elseworld. They went there to gloat about their accomplishments after WW rejected their offer
But they did say that the threat will be even bigger. That’s how comics are written they never give you the threat details right away. How long did it take for them to reveal dr.Manhattan? Maybe there are a lot and they didn’t know which one? Now the multiverse is connected to the other multiverses there could be threats from them. They didn’t say but did tell her that she will be needed. That’s why they didn’t put her back with everyone else because she’s ascended and is basically waiting for the next threat to emerge. This is why I think she’s in the batters box getting ready and looking for the threat. The spectre tried to help and thought it was going to be Jon. He was wrong there as was hera when she said that ww is now their peer.
Also ww having and her ascended powers or lack of them should behave no bearing on darkseid feat.
I mean looks like he killed the PS and the Spectre. That feat alone is beyond Odin or galactus. Hell spectre is an agent of the presence like the LT and Darkseid made short work out of him.
Spectre is limited by what he can do based on what the presence says is needed as far as vengeance goes. The phantom stranger's claim to fame is "god made it so I can't pass on" with some rudimentary magic. DC keeps him mysterious enough that nobody REALLY understands what he can do but he's consistently jobbed to most magical villains in DC. It's not impressive about what seid did, except to of course you and your fellow dc dancers as usual
It”s undoubtedly true that the battle between Perpetua and DK would have destroyed the entire DC Multiverse, including it”s higher dimensions, and thus beings like Spectre/the Quintessence. I doubt Darkseid currently is already above Perpetua, but I suspect he will be soon.
