:Personality:
Laid back and a smooth speaker, Ichiro comes off as a typical
ladies' man and true to his character, that's exactly what he is.
Although he is a notorious assassin and "pirate", he's a sucker
for a pretty face, often stealing a couple of kisses in the process
of finishing the job. While he likes his drink, he won't go so far
as to drown his sorrows, nor is he easily tricked or persuaded
by the advances of a woman. When he's on the job, Ichiro
won't provoke fights unless he is first attacked.

:History:
(I wrote this from the point of view of a monk speaking
to an unknown individual who may show up later.)
Not much is known about the man who I came to know
as Ichiro. But be assured, he is not greedy or cold
hearted, but rather a man of his word. During his stay
here, never once did I note an unkind word pour from
his lips, nor did he ever act in a selfish manner. However,
it must be noted that there is something which haunts
him to this very day. He would not speak of this
unnamed horror and I did not push for him to admit
this past, but I fear that it is this demon of the past
which will ultimately destroy him.
But no more on this depressing topic. Let us move onto
other matters.
You inquired about his past, and while there is not much
I can tell, I will admit this. When the boy first came to me
during that fateful winter years ago, he was delirious,
consumed by a fever which took many weeks to elapse.
I ask of you never to mention to him, should you meet,
this incident. As the boy, barely fifteen years of age, lay
in his bed, he continuously cried out for someone or
something. At first, I believed these moment to be mad
ravings inspired by the fever but one night I knelt by his
head to apply a damp cloth to his brow, and it was then
that his dulled eyes caught mine. This time, though, was
unlike the others. As his lips parted, I was forced to lean
forward to catch but part of his whisper:
"Gomen nasai...
Please forgive me... ". And that is all I heard.
When I questioned his later, after he regained his health,
Ichiro merely stared blankly at me, obviously hiding the
truth, so I pushed the matter no further.
That is all I am able to tell you, my child. But if you would
oblige me so, why is it you sought me out to ask about the
boy who left here long ago?
Oh, no, no. You need not response, I feel your tension
upon this matter, though I cannot see. But before you
leave, at least spare this old man your name.
Kenshiro Yuki? What a lovely name for a beautiful
maiden. Farewell, Blade of White Snow, and good
fortune shine upon you as you seek out my silent son...
:Other:
Ichiro cannot stand the sight of snow.
Kiyoshi Ichiro means "Pure First Son", though
Kiyoshi can also have the same meaning as
Shizuka which can be translated as "quiet".
This explains why the monk referred to him
as his "silent son".
