Pretty much as fast as Kid Flash.
That's what's called transmutating powers, ergo, inventing new powers from old ones. Let us not forget that the power set he has now is a discovered array of super powers. No limits is not a fallacy here, he needs to learn new powers, any Kryptonian is limitless.

Then he merges with a portion of his power which was used to create a mental creation of Superman's exact double (it was tested to be superman's equal repeatedly and even went toe to toe with superman) to be even more powerful
Thought I'd contribute some to the thread. I'll start with examples of Superman's healing factor.
Here, Superman has a Kryptonite bullet inside him. And despite the fact that it's slowing his healing, Batman is still unsure of if he can remove it before the wound closes up.
Here, Superman heals from wounds caused by a "Daemon" succubus. Although it's unclear how long it's been, if you see, the bruising is completely gone, and Doctor Occult remarks on Superman healing quickly. This is actually from one of the YEAR ONE Annuals of Superman's titles, thus it's Byrne-era power level for Superman.
Here, Superman gets a 5th dimensionally created bullet through his hand, and shortly after remarks that the wound has already healed when Batman and him wonder how that happened.
Here, Superman gets cut by the Royal Flush Gang members when they're 2 dimensional(and "infinitely sharp" according to Batman). He heals the wound pretty quickly.
And here Superman has Kryptonite in his blood(the iron in his blood transmuted), gets stabbed with what appears to be a Kryptonite sword, and quickly heals the wound after the sword is removed from him.
Here, Superman fights The General/Shaggy Man with Steel at his side initially, then later joined by Martian Manhunter and Orion and his dog Strummer(although all fight to varying degrees with Superman the most and J'Onn virtually not at all). Superman doesn't look too great if you focus on him, but you see his fists and heat vision do more damage than Orion's Astro-Force blasts. And he goes at it quite a bit with The General.
Not sure if SUPERMAN/BATMAN/WONDER WOMAN: TRINITY is canon or not for New Earth. But I'm adding from it anyways. This is either the original Bizarro, or the second one, but the two Bizarros created from Lex Luthor's process of copying Superman(not cloning him) shown in Byrne's MAN OF STEEL, not the one created by Emperor Joker. Anyways, Wonder Woman gets owned.
Superman did far better by comparison(although needed J'Onn's help on knowing where to strike) despite the fact that he was suffering from Kryptonite poisoning that had artificially aged him and weakened him.
He channels the combined psychic power of J'onn, Tomorrow Woman (far more powerful psychic than J'onn) and Aquaman from moon to earth and blasts 10 million people with it.
Powerless Clark infiltrates Kobra's mansion, beats several armed soldiers and blows the mansion up. Then infiltrates another heavily secured area of the hideout.
Weakened by Emperor Joker Superman vs Ignition who casually breaks his leg and was curbstomping superman untill he threatens lois after which Superman oneshots him.
I like the simplicity of Superman's powerset. It's basic, human ability taken to the Nth degree, with flying (all-purpose transit) and HV (ranged energy attack) thrown in. It lets you do a lot without being so encompassing that's there no adventure in doing anything.
