That's the one. Cybernetic implants allow him to analyze a situation countless ways before a fight even begins. It also allows him to see upgrades in most superhuman opponents (i.e. he'd know if a guy had super-strength and other such powers without even fighting him).
He was out for a while...I don't think I've ever seen PM ever actually badly injured as just incapacitated for a while.

Yes, to answer your earlier question, I think he could take Namor with little trouble. Punches don't hurt him. What else can Namor do?
PM could make a bubble around Namor and cut off his oxygen supply (yeah he can live underwater, but he still needs oxygen). Namor would be powerless to stop it.
^^ Link didn't work. Yeah, he would own MN'er too. The only people who could realistically beat PM are high-level energy wielders or cosmic-powered types. No one near street level could even trouble him, and most brutes are screwed too (Hulk, Namor, Thing, etc.) Martian Manhunter, cosmic-level in his power by any sense of the word, couldn't beat him (it was a stalemate), and he's one of the most versatile characters ever (who else can make himself into a toilet and flush someone down himself? LOL).
