Guys that would be a real threat with a symboite

I'm pretty sure its been done but who would become a real threat with the venom or carnage symbiote.

Kingpin
Mr.Fantastic would be SCARY!!!!!!!! eek!

Toad (he really needs to get more respect)
Punisher
Batman
Puck (I have to have guy from Alpha Flight)

who else would be a real threat and what do you think of my list

Anyway, I didn't understand why Carnage symbiote gave him Class 50 strenght and Venom until recent updates was just class 10-15

I think Galactus with a symbiote would be more like if a normal person had gum on their shoe.
