Much smaller? You must have been looking at a different page than I have.

It looks to me like Warren has the leverage here.

Unless you think that 4 inches (think about how long that is for a second) height is greater that Sapp's 30+ more pounds.

I'm not saying there arn't terrific atheletes in Rugby. I'm just saying the overall physical demand of strength and speed in the NFL is leagues higher than any Rugby i've seen.

Notice there is no one that "can't" be caught in NFL. Sure, there are great players and great runs and break aways. However, there isn't anyone that wont get tackled in a game.

And i'd let Sapp go heads up against that guy without pads anyday.

Physical demands greater laughing out loud put Sapp in a Scrum

Your pitch is smaller

Look up the word Ruck in Rugby laughing out loud

Pitch is bigger in Rugby and over 80 minutes play with one break Sapp would not be moving at all smile

Diana go read the "artful dodger" thread. You might learn how to argue your case a little better.

You've got a good one. It's just not very good in your hands mate.

Kicking a man on the ground isn't what I would call, "Sport" or demanding.

The ability to take those kicks isn't very impressive to me at all.

Then again, I watch a sport where actual atheletic ability is appreciated.

I'm supposed to care about Thomas Souza's opinion?

If we were going to talk about a game that involves strategy...well football wins that one by leagues.

You can't talk about it if you've never done it now can you?

I'd put money on that fact that wearing pads and going full contact with a helmet on would cause much more physical exertion than running around in shorts and a t-shirt.

But what do I know? All I use is common sense.

I wonder what professional sporting scouts would say about your Atheletic Ability Princess? Since you're so quick to mock the NFL's i'll assume that you are an olympic caliber athelete.

in some respects as you can swap players all the time and have time outs but this removes all reading the game from the players and makes the coach to important. Players are on for such a short time that they cannot read a game as they are not ever involved in a full game.
