The Uni-Mind & Onslaught vs Pre Crisis Darkseid and Superman.
Ok Pre Crisis Darkseid and Superman come to Marvel Earth threatening to destroy it and Marvel Earths only Chance is for the Eternals to unite and become The Uni-Mind and For Franklin Richards Professor X Magneto and X-Man to become Onslaught again who wins.
SpellJammer has never heard of this "Uni-Mind", but Onslaught is nerfed because Supes and Darksied are both non-mutants, so with Superman's light fast speeds he could pummel Onslaught before he becomes a suseptable threat. SpellJammer thinks DC's gods will win this one, he just first has to find out more about this "Uni Mind".

Well, the Uni Mind (all Eternals combined to form one single living mass) is capable of battling Celestials. Pre Crisis Darkseid is supposed to be on par with Galactus. This battle is basically between PC Darkseid and The Uni Mind. The others are basically inconsequential. Hard to say who will win this one.
