A trained martial artist (with, apparently, some other enhancements) gets owned. it's resistant up to a certain point (as with all solid materials).... he can hit the Human Torch with web balls at his regular temperature, but when he increases the heat the webs melt before they get to him

This is, quite possibly, the most pissed off Spider-Man has EVER been!
A couple of decent feats in here and scans 12 & 13 show why people without powers shouldn't f**k with Spider-Man!
Backstory: The Chameleon has been seriously messing up Peter Parker's life (not realising that he's Spider-Man) on the advice of an unknown third party (you find out who in the last couple of scans)
Prior to this Chameleon had created "Simulacrum" robots of Pete's dead parents, reintroduced them into his life for a few months, then ordered them to kill Spidey, forcing Spidey to destroy robots that he's come to believe were his real parents.... so he's a tad upset:
