Yes, these two are far superior to all the other Roger Moore outings; in fact, it's hard to believe that they belong in the same franchise.
I must admit I'm hard pushed to choose between them but, if need be, For Your Eyes Only gets my vote over the distasteful "target practice" ending of Stromberg in the former...

I am a huge fan of The Spy who Loved Me. It had all the hallmarks of a proper Bond film and it introduced Jaws who was a fun character.
