I thought you were actually going as yourself. Sort of as a Senatorial observer. Likewise the Dutchess. Some would go as your 'retinue' of advisors or bodyguards or whatnot, while the rest would go as traders. Maybe I missed something... I guess not much has actually been settled on.

I suppose that could work. That way, the majority of the team would be less noticeable. If we had all gone in one group as Senatorial observers and their advisors and so on, it would have been dreadfully noticeable.
Galahad would like to make contact with Zalandos, btw, Ush.

(Well, Rhys, Kyle and the Aliens want to cause trouble for the Imps. I think we want to stay out of the political side. Also, if we get noticed, we're not overtly connected to the Senator and his party. I can't speak for the other, but I'm looking for a fight, eventually. I was thinkin g about sabotage and spying sort of activities as well, but I really wasn't sure what it's going to be like 'till we get there. That could be our part.)

(Well, uh... Ok, what do you others think we should plan on? I just hit a wall. Thraxis, Gen. Kaliero, BB, you guys are all RP veterans, what do you think? I'm really not sure what's down there to mess with, except the Imperial players. I just figured we'd see what they were up to and try our best to mess it up. Plans, anyone?)

Well, the most basic of sabotage actions would be to get into any Imperial bases (temporary or established) and work on disabling transmitters, defense systems, and the like, as well as getting any information on Imperial movement that we can.
If we pose as traders, then we should have a fairly easy way of entering whatever Imperial post is in the city by saying that, as traders, we want to register our selling location on Lanzar. I imagine that such an action would be fairly common, as it would both allow others to find a seller, and the Empire keeps track of trade.
After getting in, then we simply sneak around the area disabling stuff (like Obi-Wan on the Death Star).
As for getting out, that will be simple as long as we do the sabotage well. If something goes wrong, though... (the far more likely possibilty) I dunno how we'd get out.
Ush, objections, hints?

(Well, I hadn't thought of this before, but I just noticed that we have no intrusion, not one out of our group of four. That may put a hamper on sneaking around. As for escaping whatever we get into; hey, it's Star Wars, we'll blast our way out! Worked for Han.)

OK Here's my Idea
We have two groups, because we have too may people to sneak in All at once
We have the Trader group, which consists of basically all the Smuggler and Alien people
Then we have the Senatorial escort-thingy people:
This includes
Me, Fire, Alk, Bobcrickett, all the Senators and people who couldn't pull off being a trader.
We meet up there
Thats Part 1
Part 2 is operation Bug the hell outta the Imps.
We should coordinate attacks on key Imp points. Hit and run gurrilla warfare. Hit 'em and back off so they can't see us. Disrupt communications, intercept data ect.
The Senators do this by talking. They try to slow down the imp process as much as possible
At this point in time Galahad can involve anyone he wants on his secret mission
Then Part 3 is the Finale,
This part REALLY depends on how well part 2 goes, Its going to involve, Making life a living hell for the Imps. to the point that they can't do anything. And the final aquisition of the Jedi hunt list. This also includes our retreat.
We are going to have to set up an exit strategy once we get there so we can push the button at any time and just be gone.
The people who will be disrupting Imperial activity can NOT be seen anywhere near the Senatorial group. Our two aliens are far too easily recognized, and being connected to the Senatorial group pretty much kills their mission.
Also, Kyle and Rhys' strength lies in talking, not guerilla warfare. Lying and persuasion are what we have going for us. If it comes down to combat, then we have two warrior powerhouses that are far more useful in a straight-on storming than a hit-and-run.
Finally, the latter part of the game will, no matter what, involve plenty of combat. There's no exit strategy at that point, we just run like our butts are on fire and get off planet as soon as possible.

(What should the smuggler group concentrate on specifically? Should we try to sabotage machinery? Rex would LOVE it if his precious AT-AT wouldn't run! Would we have any usefulness as spies? Maybe getting Imps drunk in Cantinas and talking them out of useful information? I know we're there to screw with the enemy, I was just wondering what specific types of stuff we might be good at. Am I close or way off base?)

Your Right on the money.
Use your strong Suits. The talkers do exactly what you said.
Getting Imps drunk and pumping them for info. Sabotaging equipment would be excellent. (I would personally love to watch Rex get in an AT-AT and have it not start)
Disrupting Comm and everything.
Great Idea about keeping the groups seperate. And I have a feeling that me and Fire are not going to be that usefull untill the end of the episode, as we can be easily spotted by flying around, and our fighters arn't exactly common.
we'll see, we can still shoot a tad, all plans are fair for me, I think a combo of TpT his plan and GK his plan should work. Everyone should focus on their strong points AND we have to keep the violence away from the senatorial mission

Glad someone mentioned comms- you might want to think about that sort of area.
As far as worrying about being recognised is concerned- I'll make that simpl, and say that anyone without Intrusion simply cannot enter Imperial premises because of that precise risk.
Other than that, remember that Imperial forces in general tend to be large and flabby so don't worry too much about it.
People are talking of sabotage. But Obi-Wan's task was simple- get to the off button, push it, and get away before anyone noticed.
An AT-AT in camp would be off anyway, and even if it wasn't, they would just turn it back on again.
So... what IS sabotage?
This is all looking a lot better now folks- well done.

I think I'll be going alone and sabotaging things. I can get out of them easier than any one else. My intrusion is 11, lying is 11, so intimidation, and fix-it.
