Galahad is a little put off by his creepy silence, but maintains his proud demeanor and phsyical positioning.
"I am Senator Klinge-Faust of Thespion," Galahad says. "As part of the Senatorial mission, I feel it is my duty to question the legality of the blockade above the planet Lanzar. As of yet, I have not seen enough satisfying evidence to convince me that the blockade is absolutely necessary. Guildmaster Drakkon, the leader of the Osokan people and the being whom we are performing our negotiations with, finds this blockade unnerving. I find it threatening to the peace of the mission..."
Galahad pauses as Vader's breathing becomes a little distracting.
"...and, as I said, would like to question the legality and necessity of this sudden blockade."

"Perhaps I should, but I do not intend to abandon the Senatorial mission here, nor do I intend to abandon Lanzar. I feel that it should not be threatened by this pointless blockade that has already claimed lives without proper evidence. Pressing the Imperial military onto Lanzar is already causing quite a fuss with Drakkon and the Senatorial mission, putting up this blockade has only caused more."

You cannot abandon a mission you are only observing. You have no part to play in events here. Those freighters were carrying weapons intended to be used against Imperial forces. Those supporting the arrival of such weapons are traitors.

All relevant links will be investigated, Senator. For example, I understand you have been seen associating with Captain Ragnor of the prviate ship Last Laugh. This ship was also seen in orbit communicating with one of the freighters that had been delivering weapons shortly before its destruction. When the transcripts of that communication are decrypted, I am certain it will reveal very pertinent information, Senator. Perhaps this will be of more use to me than feeble complaints from the Senate. All those found to be aiding this terrorism will be executed.

Ok here's what I was thinking:
Get the beacon info from dracon, he ordered those weapons, he knows where they came from, we should be able to re-create their course and find the beacon. Also see how much he would be willing to pay or whatever to get the weapons through.
Then we go to the bar and see who is vocal in their dislike for the Imp blockade,
Maybe we can recruit to help run the blockade, So we can make it in one shot.
Then we just go for it.
The mercs can just dump their equipment in the jungle and go on their merry way.

"Captain Ragnor is a private advisor that Drakkon has enlisted, so yes, I have associated with him in a merely political way. I was unaware of his part in yesterday's event, it must be said.
"On top of that, I have not seen any true acts of terrorism. The invasion of my home by deranged criminals two decades ago was an act of terrorism."
Galahad folds his arms across his chest.
"Meanwhile, I wish to bring this conversation back to its point, that being the destruction of those freighters under this blockade. What evidence have you that this was all for illegal purpose?"
