Worth noting is that you need to be able to speed the perception down a single trillionth of a second [explicitly] from a satellite into orbit [i.e. be able to make videos of ridiculously large areas] to even catch a frame of them.

Light itself can only travel 0.3 mm in that time. Much smaller than even the tip of your fingernail.

So...yeah.

The speed they must've been moving would be ridiculous.

For reference, you can catch multiple frames of a bullet [generally around the speed of sound] in motion at just 5000fps [i.e. one every .2 milliseconds], having a very small area you focus on [an egg]:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4zSm-J4oG58

It takes a satellite [i.e. large area recording] taking a frame capture each picosecond by comparison.

Even if we assume that the satellite would be focusing on an area just a thousand times larger than the frame containing the egg [lol], and there'd be comparable number of frames of them [we got multiple ones of a bullet for just going about 20cm], they'd be running at least 200,000 times the speed of light.

The race is on.
The fact that Superman can not only *see* the Flashes moving at these speeds, but then proceed to catch up to them in the space of a single panel...without the aid of the speed force, mind you...is just asinine.

And even then, they were still in 'Flashspeak'...

Yes, a good showing all round I think.

Are they moving faster then Zoom II and amped Wally?

Because that would be a huge upgrade for the Flash's, if so.

Less hyperbole then your typical Dragon Ball "feat". And more speed then Son Goku could ever dream of.

THIS is REAL SUPER SPEED.

It's not really hyperbole. Cyborgs sensors were registering the Multiverse being torn apart.

It's a funny charge coming from Carver, who claimed Jiren "shaking an endless void" via powering up proves he has infinite power on par with Molecule Man (Indeed, he pushed for Jiren to defeat MM).

If it was Goku and Vegeta replacing Flash's, would he call this feat hyperbole?

Or, if a Hulk somehow did it by, say, leaping really fast?

well based on the figures, it's around picosecond level speed. and would be regarded as a huge outlier considering based on the fact Barry couldn't outrun simon's light construct and where wally vanished into the speed force going FTL with the abra kadabra situation in rebirth

Hulk has blitzed cowboys with enhanced metahuman speed with casual which is far more impressive but we'll save that debate for another time

It never said speed was causing this, they said the ENERGY leaking from the speed force.
