TOAA's appearances are quite limited, that's probably why you never heard about it.

Anyway, TOAA's "godhood" is being questioned now.

Of course, Presence is not flawless, either.

There are no true omnipotent beings in comics, as all it takes is a writer's whim to mess with the power levels, abilities and very nature of those characters.

Those were "Those Who Sit Above in Shadow" and they sucked cock.

The one true TOAA appeared in Spider-Man, Fantastic Four and in a few new books by Starlin. Changes his appearance all the time.
