It includes all of their abilities. Strength, speed, durability, etc. It's in proportion to his size. When he fought Superman he used the durability of a cockroach to withstand his punches.

gotta agree that wonder woman couldn't take on supes for the majority.
i'd go with the martian manhunter-the telepathy, phasing, and all the rest would take superman down.
firestorm-though i must say, he's a bit above the level, matter transmuting say blood to kryptonite.
black adam. simply because adam wouldn't have an issue with fighting to kill as opposed to just a defeat.
post crisis superman 2-that bastard could move planets.
and the new supergirl appears to be stronger than him.
that daxamite kid mon-el has proven tough enough and he'll fight dirty if he has to.

Did you know that if you cut off a cockroach's head it'll still run around for about 9 days and then starve to death because he can't eat but technically not because he doesn't have a head anymore? sick

Don't think current firestorm has the level of experience and expertise to do anything quite on that level consciously.

And as for Supergirl, if you ask me, it's all hype, since personally i'll believe she stronger than him when i see him unable to perform a feat of strength and her able to do it.

the seniors all respect me, and my post is logical, its true this is Comic books right, supes is always holding back, even when his life is on the line, if the stakes is high enough supers will beat DS and Orion.
