/\ Well I think its Urizen (I could be wrong). He is the only character I could think that could
A - Stand Up to Spawn (being indestructible and an Elder God)
B - He needs to feed.
Moving on.
Just to summon it all up. This respect thread just covered all these abilities and feats
Spawn has these powers. 1st - 3rd Age Abilities
*-Hell Blast. - Can melt the gates of heaven.
*-Super Strength - I cant calculate I think its around Coleuses level or more.
*-Super Speed - Has bien shown to Fly, React, and teleport at vary, extremely high speed.
*-Transmute- Like full metal Alchemist, he can transmute objects to his will - No seals!
*-Reality Warping- He altered his own reality (himself), As king of hell he can alter reality of hell itself!.
*-Super Healing, Has bien shown to heal at Deadpool, Hulk, Lobo rate. That’s not bad at all. He dosnt need to use his powers to heal. As long as there is a form of a living person or creature and has don a “Sin” he can use that as a secondary source of power to heal its self.
*-His suit- It acts like a symbiote like Venoms only stronger. No weakness so far, and has auto protecting features to aid the host.
*-Has Spiderman like senses or Precog thanx to the suit.
*-Can teleport, Himself or others to where ever he wants.
*-High resistance and damn near absolute Immunity to poisons and such.
*-Has to power to make potent poisons.
*-Has Psychic powers. So far he can read minds compared to God Like Cable. (Yup he two once linked his mind to all living things on earth to locate a certain someone more than once.)
*-Can tolerate high levels of mind ****ing.
*-Stop Time.
*-His Chains, are nearly indestructible, and acts at the will of his command (Kinda like Shuns from Saint Seiya, but with way more consistent feats.)
*- He can do some serious mind ****ing ala Ghost Riders Penace Stare.
*- Thanks to his ability to transmutation, hi can make potent poises on the tip of his finger nails.
That’s all I can think of right know.
Weaknesses
- Decapitation - Supposed to be the only way to definitively kill some Hellspawn.
- Heavenly Forged Weapons, such as Angelic Lances, Whips, Daggers, etc.
- Celestial Fire - Such as that wielded by The Redeemers and The Disciple
- Wiccan Magic - Such as that used by Nyx but he has to be willing to submit to it.
- Heaven - His presence in Heaven, or in safe-zones of Heaven weaken him and his costume because of his nature as a hellborn warrior.
- Greenworld - He has no power in the ethereal realm of Greenworld
4th Age Spawn
Divine Powers
Following Issue #161, the Man of Miracles had given him fruit from the Tree of Life and propelled his power to nigh-omnipotent levels, enabling him to rival God and Satan. Now with the powers equal to both God and Satan, Spawn is the third power in the battle of Armageddon. Spawn has apparent control over the Earth itself, using it to his will when in battle against both armies. Spawn used the Earth to swallow all other Hell Spawn and imprison them back in Hell.
Many of these weaknesses appear to have been entirely removed, as shown by his conflict with Zera, who was the favorite warrior of God in the Armageddon story arc. Despite being armed with heavenly power and weaponry, and even after almost completely bisecting him, Zera was unable to kill Spawn. Since becoming nigh-omnipotent as of issue #161, Spawn no longer has weaknesses.

Very impressive summation. Just one thing. Divine weapons like angelic lances stopped working on him after he said "I quit" as proved when he shoved one in Mammon's face. Other than that, mad props. So, what level of Marvel characters do you think have a chance against God-like Spawn? Cause the way I see it, this guy could rape Thanos and maybe even Tyrant. I'm not gonna say he could whup Full power Tyrant.... that's too much of a stretch right now.

Well if the Holy weapons did not work on Hell Spawn after the encounter with Mamon and Thamuz….why would he be injured by the Judas flaming sword?
Um, I do not know how strong Spawn is as of know. If Nigh-Omnipotent turns out to be unlimted amount of power, plus complete control of his abilities.
Than that would mean that he can know
Fully Alter Reality at unknown scale
Fully transmutation any object.
Completely Stop time for unknown lengths.
Call forth the Hell Spawn that’s in Hell
Call for 6,000 of his Legions to bid his command.
I seriously doubt Full Powered Tyrant, or a Full Power Galactus can take on such character in theory.
what level would this guy be on is unknown angels under angela's level destroyed an entity who killed who galaxies didnt she, and also could make things go nova, spawns level is up there but to what can we compare him to.
In the series entitled The Curse of the Spawn Angela was hunting down a galactic level threat, a cybernetic soul eater known as the Argus, which is a construct built off of the hungry souls of a once-exctinct civilization.
She travelled Galaxies to hunt this creature down. Now, this creature was destroying all life on multi-galaxy scales, but this creature did not destroy the galaxies themselves.
Angela eventually defeated the creature, after a battle with Lilith

I agree, It would have bin fun to see just how much control of his powers he had, and a more detailed showdown. (That includes the fight with Zera).
To me the whole ordeal seemed rushed.
I think I enjoyed reading 50-100 the most. After that, (IMO) the quality and the writing seemed to have taken a plunge.

So, what level of Marvel characters do you think have a chance against God-like Spawn? Cause the way I see it, this guy could rape Thanos and maybe even Tyrant. 
I'm not gonna say he could whup Full power Tyrant.... that's too much of a stretch right now.
