I just mentioned him to make sure i didn't have to fight with only three characters
besides, he's a b!tch to find info on..... apparently he was the result of a "design a villain" contest and Marvel used him in over 40 Thunderbolts issues without ever actually securing the rights to the character.... in the end they just had Graviton kill him to avoid any more legal trouble

Well how strong are they
Lets say each man can lift 250 pounds so 250*1,000 would 250000 punds and since a ton is 2,000 punds she would be able to lift 125 tons would probably be in the limts.
but if you figured that each man could lift between 300 to 280 punds that might be a little to high.
well i figure it means average men... and i think the average guy can press about 200lbs.... so that would put her right on the 100 ton mark (give or take....)

she can't paralyze someone with a thought, she's never shown that capability. when her and storm fought, phantazia hit storm with her strongest blast, and storm was still capable of moving and using her powers, even managed to beat phantazia. also, electricity and lightning is also fully capable of taking anyone out with one hit, and even paralyzing someone, even the weakest bolt is capable of this. now who do you have again? of yes, that's right...blitzkreig. your being a bit hypocritical by arguing against phantazia, when your character has the excact same ability. and once again, you of all people know bios can be wrong espicially BIOS THAT ARE WRITTEN BY A FAN, AND NOT AN OFFICIAL MARVEL EXCECUTIVE, OR SOMEONE THAT EVEN WORKS AT MARVEL. yes, i know, BIO WAS WRITTEN BY A FAN. and bios are wrong, or else namor can only lift 80 tons and fly around 60 mph. and you were also the one that said that if the character never displayed a certain ability, they can't do it. just like storm with her sun lasers, she never displayed the ability, so you said she could never do them, even though her bios said she could. now phantazia here never displayed this ability, but you say she can. once again, bad move. once again, you got nothin on her. and since the beginning, people have had certain powers taken away from their character, why can't i take this certain ability away from phantazia, i'm not even using her for this.
