After deliberating, I'm voting Blair Wind. As newjak said this basically comes down to numbers and versatility. While LP has an army of physically powerful Animal Men, BW has an army of Wendigo's and a second army of Powerhouses and Crystals, and potentially (although less adept with the powers) copies of LP's characters too.
