I was considering entering this one for the contest, but since the concept of Mario is ripped off of TOH, I figured it wasn't terribly original. Still, fun stuff...I'm going to try to get it under 30 KB so I can use it.
You should try animating the "?" boxes. If you have the GIF of an animated one, open it up in ImageReady, then transfer the project to PhotoShop and you'll have all the layers from that animation.
Thanks (it's from Smash Brothers, so I did a bit of game-crossing). It was partly to be funny, and partly to be lazy.....having him plow everything over with the hammer was easier to animate than actually inventing a real way for him to get past them.

Thanks for the advice...really. But it'll be hard with just GIMP. That, and I don't have an animation for the boxes...I'd have to do it manually. I actually thought about animating the boxes briefly, but then got lazy when I decided not to enter it in the competition.
As it is, I'm going to try and wear it at some point, and to get it under 30KB I may have to delete that top portion that has the boxes.
But Photoshop is on the "To-Buy" list at the moment, so once I have it, I'll remember that for future animations. Thanks.
So you told me my sig was aging....and I hold you accountable to my sudden want of a new sig. Since the fault lies with you Im gonna make a request. (I trust more the people I know then those I dont :-) )
I narrowed it down to two choices but I think Ima have someone make my subzero one later.....so for now I was wondering if you could make a human torch one? all pyro-y and what not. Here are a few pics to work with:
take the back design for this one and add it to the pic takin out the text Human Torch and adding Blair Wind (in any text you want as long as it goes ya know?) I would like to add my unrivaled power thing I have goin on for my past two or so sigs on to it aswell....
That first one does a lot of the work for me...I might just tweak it some and add your name and stuff. But if the muse strikes, I'll see where it takes me.
