common guys...have you even checked out his max work, some of the best punisher reads i have come across...and just a few hours ago i finished reading punisher year one, very good, the last issue was very intense, and the build up as also great...i remember one issue he was talking to a picture of his wife and kids and acting as if it was maria (his wife) talking to him, great stuff...

One of my favorite punisher moments, very emotional, frank taking on the mongolian, he is the best of the best, like bruce lee, a martial arts master, dismanteling a delta force guy frank was with like a child, frank gets a serious beating and his weapon broke over his head (which would have killed or put him in a coma, but he is the punisher)...then u'll see the rest. This showing that frank can hang with some of the best in the martial arts department with sheer determination, will, stamina, and durability. Another great frank moment in his nam' days, taken from born, he is sniping veit-cong snipers with a m60...this showing his near superhuman marksmanship.

Its on the link in the beginning along with other kick ass h2h feats, as shown above my last post, he beats a guy who knows the majority of martial arts. Im not saying frank is the best, but he can hang with the best if he wants, he has stalemated moon knight various times, and taken on silver sable and American Agent and came out on top, also he has taken on wolvie on various occations with him having the advantage.
moon ngiht far form top tier. who the hell is silver sab? Punisher a good fight, but he not top tier and he will never bee. He a skilled h2h fighter, but people like Logan, IF, Capt are just on another level.
He too US agent in h2h and one? I like to see that. H2H I don't find to be overly skilled, but with his power's he pritty tough.
Wolverine? you mean those Ennis comic which were absolutly jokes. They went against logan whole character. I can not believe you even bring it up any idiot could tell Ennis is extremely Bias and right super hero's as idiot's. Logan drank acid in one of there encounter does that make sense to you that a man who ahs superhuman senses and has had numerous peopel try to kill him in his life would drink acid?
Bullseye's H2H skill is actually right up there with DD and Elektra. The guy's already stalemated Elektra in H2H before and even held his own against both DD and Elektra at the same time.
The guy's just a much marksman than he is a fighter, so his skills aren't as well known.
Beat him? Possibly, but not very likely. Frank severely lacks the skill that most other Grade A street-leveler MA's have, but he usually perseveres through sheer force of will.
