i been reading back over a lot of the old x-factor stuff, man scott had some really good feats in those, ill see if i can get scans and post em here at some point...
Cyclops finds he can't use his powers on Sinister because of a mental block he had placed on him, but a combination of Havok's taunting and the sight of an unconscious Jean in Sinister's arms breaks the block and Cyclops blasts Sinister with the fullest extent of his power, which seems to completely destroy him
Moira force by Master Mold to create the retribution virus with the intent to kill all mutants a side effect of the virus is the weakening and eventually lose of your mutant power.Cyclops becomes infected sick dying and unable to use his optic blast.He is later capture by master mold and in a show pure Will and Determination is able to summon his optic blast to fight master mold.
* one of the bravest souls of Marvel Universe, in my opinion... he goes out there, fighting super-powered villains, saving both mutant and humankind, without enhanced strength, stamina, durability, agility or speed, no healing factor, no armor, no mental power, no gadgets... only one fine mutant ability... yet he is one of the best leaders, tacticians and strategists of the game... i respect Scott Summers...
