Thor vol. 2 #17: Here, Juggernaut gives Thor a good fight because it is 8th day Juggernaut, who alot more powerful than regular Juggernaut. The fight gets interrupted by a telepathic blast.
In both scans of fights posted, Juggs has had the upper hand basically the entire fight. In the first one, the ground gave way and before he could get back into the fight Cain got cocooned in stuff and blasted into space.
In the next one, he got interrupted by the other Avatars of the Octessence.
In the fight on that space colony/asteroid, Thor was losing until he broke Cain's enchantment for 60 seconds. As soon as Cain's forcefield came back, the battle was once again in his favor. Even though for some reason the writer was under the assumption his durablity wasn't that great without it.
The only other time I recall them fighting was during the Thunderbolts run, and even a severely weakened Juggernaut was putting up a good fight.

Juggernaut is perhaps the strongest and most indestructible super-brick ever.

Where "sanity" previously suggested acquiescence with cultural codes, the addition of "super" implies that this common "sanity" has been replaced by a superior form, in which perception and processing are completely ungoverned and unconstrained"
All I know about Onslaught(which happened while he was greatly weakened), he somehow pulled the Cyttorak gem from his chest, despite him having thrown it into space years prior so no one else could gain it's power. And then he punched Cain to Jersey, which left him hurt, but didn't kill him.
Juggernaut wasn't weakened though. Also, the gem always return to its user, no matter how fat you toss it. Also, Onslaught punching Juggernaut across states happened before the ripping of the gem.
If anything, it being on Earth during and after Onslaught taking it from Jugs has become the consistency of the gem. Don't think too many people know this but after Strange saved Juggernaut from the gem/Cytorrak...once Cain returned to Earth once regaining his power, he was amplified...even stated he was stronger than he's ever been.
