So this is the guy we're working with? Fine by me...but what is he from? I like to have some sort of frame of reference about the image before I start.
I honestly don't know what I'll be doing with 200KB. Sans animation (which I have yet to learn) I can't fathom a way to make a 450x150 that big. But at least I don't have to worry about going over anything.
Wasn't going to post it tonight, but I'll probably wake up too late tomorrow and be rushing to get to work anyway so now's as good as ever.
I found out the dude in the image is from Unreal, so I took that theme and ran.
And (you'll appreciate this DW, since I know you're a movie dork too) I have a hidden tie-in with the quote "The Brute Squad". Yes, Andre the Giant is hidden in the Unreal symbol....a subtle homage to his line "I am the brute squad" from the movie 'The Princess Bride' (a great film).
Super-dorky, I know (and kinda obscure). But once I thought of it I had to do it.
Anyway, that's just the dinky crap...hopefully the sig itself is good too.
80KB, by the way...my largest sig ever though nowhere near 200KB. Couldn't fit his whole name without it looking bad, but I hope 'DW' is fine.

Likewise. And a long overdue "HA!" for finally beating you, though you still have the lifetime series right now (2-1).
...I checked my Priness Bride DVD. The reference was slightly off. Andre says "I'm in the brute squad" and Billy Crystal's character replies "In it? You are the brute squad." or something similar. Still, I knew it was in there somewhere.
...nice duel though...a good warm-up for my eventual loss in the tourney.
Wow. I was lucky to win this. From a retrospective vantage point, Dusty's looks a lot more polished than mine, and I wasn't even touching animations at the time so he was well ahead of me in technical skill....in Gimp, no less.
