Ock ain't dead!?! he looked pretty dead when I saw him, and if he does return he would have to be a god guy since he turned good at the end of spidey 2. Unless they found a way to make him evil again.
Exactly. The last 2 spidey posters weren't scenes from the movie, so does that mean that the costumes we saw in the posters weren't going to be in the movie? No, they showed him wearing those costumes for a reason and that reason was because he would be wearing the costume in the movie. Spidey will have the BLACK symbiote costume in the 3rd movie. Shadow/black clouds/night does not make the clothes you wear go completely black, you still have some colour and there is no colour on spideys costume. There is a bit of colour in the poster but not on spidey.

Nothing is in his eye, quit looking you will waste time. Also, I know Raimi said Ock is alive, but will he bring him back? I think the only way he will is if he runs Sinister Six. Also, I think he should keep killing the villains, kill Venom, or Eddie, and have symbiote escape to keep the people thinking it might get on someone else. Then you have Ock you could do, and maybe, sry knightfall lol maybe carnage for way later. But anyway it is the symbiote so you will have to get over it if you don't like it.
I want Venom in this movie as a cliffhanger and him the main villain with lizard a 2nd main or side villain in number 4, but on sony's site it says black costume. It doesnt say anything about a symbiote. The black costume may have another use altogether.
Just because it may not be the symbiote costume, doesn't mean that it's a colored picture, but in shadow.
I believe the costume in the poster is the original costume, not the symbiote. I also believe that it's neither a black and white nor a colored photo. Like I said, the poster was made for a specific purpose, and revealing to the fans that the symbiote costume will be worn in the movie is not it.
How can you be so sure...do you know the reason? I don't...I'm only guessing it is because of the symbiote because what I heard already that sandman and venom will be in it...that doesn't make me say this IS the symbiote costume, but I'm not saying it isn't either...

Well if you don't even have a reason for your opinion there's not much to talk about indeed...that's almost like saying I believe superman will be in it? Why? I just believe....

You haven't given any reason...you just don't believe the picture was made to make us believe that it is the symbiote. Why do you believe that....no reason....I just believe!

And the point of them making a poster and saying it's the symbiote is because......?
They have released a pic of sandman already so why not a picture of spidey in his symbiote costume? It's spideys new costume, every poster so far has shown spidey in red and blue until now. If it's not shadow and if it's not black and white then what is it.
They haven't stated yet that it's the symbiote costume.
However, they have stated it's a black costume. That isn't the symbiote costume. What I think, though, the most logical reason is, like I said, the poster is symbolic in a way. While it isn't the symbiote costume, Sony has stated it's a black costume. Why not simply say it's the symbiote?
No, I believe that possibly the "black" costume, as Sony has put, could be showing that Peter may be getting the symbiote costume sometime in the movie. The costume may neither be the original nor the symbiote, but it may be showing the struggle between the two.
This, to me, sparks the most interest. Number one, it would explain the black of the costume in conjunction with the likeness it shows to the original costume. I highly doubt that if Venom is going to be in the film, as well as the symbiote costume, it will be the same as the original, except black. Number two, it would allow Sony to safely state that Peter is wearing a "black" costume, and not simply come out and say it's the symbiote. This way, they will be able to later, say, "Oh, well that wasn't the symbiote in the poster. We didn't say it was, anyway. We said it was a black costume."
I believe this is probably the most likely of situations, excluding the idea of this poster simply showing the original costume, designed to spark controversy (which I still believe it is.)
Do you really think that if the symbiote costume is in Spider-Man 3, it will look like this? An exact replica of the original, except in black?
