I think it would be best if you said which Dracula you are talking about. Even in comics there are so many iterations of the character, with one of the widest variations in power/ability/capability depictions, that it is honestly hard to even decide if Rogue (let alone someone at Wonderwoman's caliber) could or couldn't defeat him.

At times Dracula is written as an uber Lord of the Undead, with huge mystical powers under his sway.
Then he is defeated by a useless character.
Other times he is written as merely being a 'cultured Vampire,' and yet gives everyone he comes across the hardest time when it comes to defeating him.

At times he is giving Dr Strange the fight of his life, another time he is being given the fits by Blade (the 70s comic version with ....wait for this ....wooden knives. Note wooden stakes, but wooden knives!)

At times he is a guy who can take over hell, other times he is merely a peak human with fangs, an obsolete sense of clothing fashion, and an accent.

Dracula, even in comics, is just everywhere when it comes to his depictions. Honestly I think he is the most varied character in comics, and if you look at his various depictions in Marvel and DC you will note that it is next to impossible to decide which Dracula is the 'best' one to pit someone against.
The one that Wolverine faced, the one that Strange faced, the one that Superman faced, the 3 different ones Batman has defeated over the decades ......which one.
And there are still myriads more.

Anyways, I'd give the win to WonderWoman when it comes to around 95% of the comic depictions of Dracula.
She is faster than they are, stronger than they are, wrestled gods, and she has faced purest evil (most recently when she went against that Dragon creature that was foulness personified).

The only Dracula versions that might have a chance are the insane ones lording over Hell, but every version below the uber depictions would literally have their fangs pulled out by Wonderwoman.

Batman beat Drac 3 times blink . ima Batman fan but like Dracula as much, couldn't have DC made it a draw! Not saying Batman couldn't do it, but it's Dracula! no

One was part of an elseworld run (the Batman: CrimsonMist/RedRain/Bloodstorm graphic novels) ....although in that run you could say it was a 'draw' because even though batman did kill Dracula it wasn't a pure win since Batman had to become a vampire to be able to do that. Thus even though he won he had to loose to win.
The other 2 cases that I know of are of some older stuff ....I'll try and get the issues sometime tomorrow when i have some more time.

Anyways, the whole Dracula thing is interesting .....for instance I am VERY CURIOUS as to how the whole Apocalypse vs Dracula thing Marvel is doing will pan out.
It will be interesting if they will make one the clear winner, or if it will be more along the lines of a 'draw.'

Either way, when it comes to dracula it is hard to pin down just which iteration is being talked about.
At times he is giving Dr Strange hell, and other times he has to watch out for sharp wooden things.

I've seen him drawn as using the tradition 'bite you in the neck' thing, and in one comic he merely needed to look someone in the eyes to turn them.
At times he is just an 'enhanced human' (as I stated earlier a Captain America with fangs), and in other cases he can turn into a bat/wolf/mist, in other cases he is casting spells like magic was running out of fashion.

that's the same version that drained sif and gave thor a run for his money. he could make it a fight if done correctly, no doubt about it. he's also given the surfer a hard time way back when. . . .

he mind controlled/mind 'confused' him so ss couldn't attack at speed or full power. it was strange. he also pimp slapped ss if i'm not mistaken . . .

drac has been shown to be a very powerful character at times.
