I watched the G4 coverage, and I liked what I saw. I'm really hoping that RE5 will be covered, and also the super backward compatable downloading feature of the Revolu......*ahem* I mean the Wii, not to mention the prices of the games you can buy from the library of Nintendo. Too Human made my jaw drop it looked so awesome, as did MGS4. I'm also overcome with joy that Sony pulled their heads out of their asses and ditched thats stupid looking boomerang controller and went with the traditional design. God, that looked uncomfortable. I'm not surprised at all that the PS3 will have two different price tags: $499 and $599. I suppose I'll make my choice as to which one to buy after I see more coverage. I was hoping, however that we'd have more info on the graphic power of the Wii. There's more coverage to come, though.
I just found out from an article about the Nintendo press conference that, while using a sword in Red Steel, it won't follow your every move. Instead, you will perform different moves based on how you move the Wiimote.
That kind of sucks. I was expecting to be able to go into a room, swinging wildly, and take out some random bad guys.
Nintendo Wii is going to come with the Opera web browser built right in! So when you hook it up to the net you're actually going to be able to browse the internet directly from Wii, then go straight to your gaming.
Wow, I bought a 360 about 3 weeks ago... but the Revolution (I can't stand calling it the "Wii") is looking pretty damn cool. I'm not a huge fan of the controller (a frikin remote) and the graphics don't look nearly as good as the 360s but it has a crap load of cool games coming out. Mario looks cool, and I heard DK 3 is coming out....
And besides that the down loadable games are gonna be insane
Im with spartan on a number of levels...for one the " Wii " sounds just gay. and the controller is innovative...but im excited about it, i think it will change gaming as we know it and i cannot freakin wait to play twilight princess on this new console.
And the downloadables, this gives you all games nintendo you long to play again.
