Part of it depends on how many stores are near you. If you just live near some gamestops/ebgames then you're just shit out of luck. I'm lucky and live near like 5 gamestops/ebgames, a best buy, two targets, a walmart, a fry's, a circuit city and a toys r us. Go me.

Me too, I have atleast 6 EB's, 5 Future Shops, a couple of Best Buys and a few other videogame stores.

I'm pretty sure I'll find one.

In my opinion, the bigger the game, the easier to find. Or so I have noticed. I can always find ton of big games, buts its the small market games that are always hard to find on release date.

The question now is if the copies of games are sold tomorrow in my city, or Wednesday.

I'm giong to pick up the 360 version. I can play the demo on the PC on low settings and I thought it would be fine, but as with most PC games, they'res glitches all over the place. Horrible load times (I'm tlaking atleast 3 minutes), missing Atlas voiceover and one hard lock up.

Oh well. Alot of good PC games are coming out so I'm not worried.

May I ask whats the difference with the regular game, and collectors edition or what not... One costs more, but I bought the regular to save me money because I didn't know what the other gave me... Like, I figured it would just give you some useless book thingy maybes or something?

I experienced no such errors. My only trouble was a choppy framerate, but that's simply because my card is the low end of what can run Bioshock. Other than that, I was completely glitch free.

My loading times were, at most, 30 seconds.

Fileplanet if you're a subscriber, Filefront otherwise, or on Steam if you have that.

The game shipped last week. It's a street-dated one meaning it was shipped ahead of the release date.

Well, our 360 limited editions come with a Big Daddy figure, a making of DVD, and a soundtrack. I'd guess the PC version would be similar.

Yeah, definitly alot better than mine.

3.0 Ghz Pentium 4
1 GB Ram
x1600 512 MB.

Ah well, I'll just have to suffice with the 360 version, play it at my own leiusure and then trade it in again for atleast 30 bucks value for Halo 3 and whenever I want to play it again (probalby next year around this time) I'll just pick it up on the PC.

Went to Best Buy, they literally had 30 copies of the game.

And they were selling The Darkness and Bioshock for 79 bucks. Too bad I already played The Darkness.

Paid 62 bucks for it. Good deal.

Been playing the game for about an hour and a half. Great stuff.

Killed my first Big Daddy a moment ago, and then rescued the little sister.

Bought my copy earlier today, then drove the 2 hours home to pick up my Xbox360 and then the 2 hours back to college and I've yet to play it b/c of tv shows that I watch. I'll hopefully finally play it around 11pm tonight.

They had 2 seperate spots on the shelves for this game which were filled up.

I knew I'd find this game easily.

Anata wa wakarimasu ka.....

I just encountered my first little sister...What are the benefits of harvesting them for Adam? What exactly does it do? Because so far I haven't noticed any upgrade or anything...(although I'm kind of zombie like right now)

I live in Puerto Rico. It's a really ****ing small country. Trust me I have plenty of stores to choose from. But somehow...for some reason Ocarina of Time was just no where to be found. Everyone wanted a piece of the damned game...I was a kid then and did not reserve my copy...I had to pay the price.

Anyways...got Bioshock and played 2-3 hours. Stopped because I'm tired and I don't want to spoil the experience by playing it semi-asleep.

Harvesting, or rescuing, little sisters give you Adam. Adam is used to purchase upgrades for yourself -- More health, armor, Eve, etc. It can also be used to purchase new Plasmids.

Harvesting gives you more front load Adam. However, if you rescue them you get bonus Adam for every three you rescue.

I've also heard that what you decide to do with the little sisters impacts the game's ending.

Wicked game. Exactly the type of game I love. Something about those radio dairies makes it all worth while.

For some reason, I always **** up when it comes to changing guns. I always hit B for some reason and always wasting my health packs.

Just at the Big Daddy encounter and I'm so getting my ass kicked.

I also didnt remember about the whole Twilight Funeral Home so after I changed my fire plasmid I didnt melt the ice so now I'm ****ed to see any of that unless I can change it but I have no idea how too. I know there's something called the gene pool but I know there isnt one there so do I have to come back, or can I use the garden?
