while most of the scans are making sense, you're attributing certain things to certain powers they weren't attributed to in the comic. for example, vulcan "mind-raped" rachel by manipulating her own power [telepathy, not telekinesis] against her. he even went so far as to say, when rachel believed her powers were coming back, that she was "feeling exact how i want you to feel, girl, and nothing more."
the plane is also said to have been remote-controlled, so vulcan was manipulating its tech, at best. he wasn't throwing it like a javelin, telekinetically.
also, i highly doubt gabe's major beef with the shi'ar is that they killed his parents, especially considering one of them's alive. and i highly doubt, piecing together continuity between uncanny and deadly genesis, that he cares much that the greys just got slaughtered by the shi'ar death commandos. he's a selfish prick, and he's probably going after them for having made him a slave.
aside from that sort of thing, he's one hell of a mutant. power flying out his ass. too bad it'll likely wear off, now that the ambient mutant energy is lightyears away [once he hits shi'ar space] and being channeled into the collective.
