@kurk: please do not take those dangerous drugs. if you are in need of satisfaction then you need to become at peace with yourself and change your life. there are many dark stories about people who take those psycho drugs and you should not fall the temptation. they are illegal for a reason so be smart.

it is actually sad that you have a mansplaining reaction video ready to deflect. but if you don't want to listen then that's your loss. i have actually known people who have taken these drugs and have lost their minds or become totally different. it will happen to you if you do not change your ways.

okay but i just think you were being influenced towards drugs and that's how it usually starts. you don't like drugs at first but then people say it is not addictive or you can't overdose and then suddenly you are taking them. and also i am not dictating to anyone but i do think it is necessary to call people out if they follow the wrong path.

lsd may not be technically addictive but there are people who are highly dependent. then there are so called bad trips which can destroy peoples minds and make them zombies basically. aspirin isn't even remotely comparable in its dangers to people and society and that is a false equivalent.

Thoughts on this, out of curiosity? Doesn’t have much relevance to the current conversation, I just found it interesting that even one exposure to psychedelics is enough to change a personality for a significant period of time.

I had a couple disturbing experiences, though funny enough they actually helped me learn a lot about myself and about how to be a better person.
I'm not saying there's no risk, I'm saying give people the information and let them do what they want with their own damn lives.
I morally disapprove of casual sex between people who aren't in a serious relationship, but it is not and nor should it be my place to use the force of law to crack down on behavior I don't morally agree with if it's not a violation of anyone's rights.
