Martial artists can be great friends that doesnt mean that when they get in the ring to fight each other they let themselves get beaten. Hell on one ocassion Spiderman was pissed off and wanted to cave Caps head in.

The only problem is that Shang Chi, Taskmaster, Dardevil etc have done well against Spiderman...oh yeah and Black Panther. Spiderman really looks up to Black Panther as well. roll eyes (sarcastic)

Spider-man looks up to almost all heroes 'cause he doesn't realise he's one of the best. And whenever he fights Cap he has this "omg im fighting the legendary Captain America, how can I hit the symbol of this country!" thing going on. So martial arts or not, if he cuts lose he could do to Daredevil BP and all the other guys who give him trouble the same thing he did to Kingoin in "what if back in black" book.

Lets get 1 thing straight-WHEN SPIDERMAN WORE THE SYMBIOTE AS HIS COSTUME, IN 616 CONTINUITY, IT DIDN'T AUGMENT HIS ABILITIES AT ALL!!!
But back on topic, BP is a lot more formidable than I thought. Its a pity I can't seem to get images from imageshack up on my computer

Believe me-in Marvel 616 continuety, the symbiote didn't increase Spidermans powers at all. It was only shown to augment him in cartoons and the Spiderman 3 movie, none of which are canon. It did make its own webs however.
