No Vegeta just shot a blast that detonated it. Doesn't mean it had the same power. And they never slap away planet destroying blasts. The blasts that are said to have the power to destroy the planet were either shot up into the sky or blocked by another attack. And Superman has survived a lot stronger things that a planet destroying blast. A sun exploding after being hit multiple times with red sun energy, beams of kryptonite, and magical blasts that can destroy islands, and while encases in kryptonite laced sand nuked himself and wasn't even harmed. Sure blasts like that may seem weak compared to the ultimate blasts of DBZ that are said to destroy planets but they're his weakness also or while he was weakened. And they're a lot stronger than any blasts than most blasts that are actually used.

Except the Kamehameha has never shown to be able to destroy a planet. Buu has but Buu was also playing around with Gokou. The blast didn't even make that big of a hole. Show me Gokou taking a island destroy blasts? Also the fact that magic and kryptonite is his weakness makes those feats a whole lot better than Gokou doing it when ki isn't a weakness of Gokou. One planet destroying blast would probably hurt Supes a bit but it wouldn't kill him or even stop him. Gokou doesn't have the speed to dodge an attack from Superman nor the durability to take a all-out Heat Vision attack. Or Freeze Breathe for that matter.

Superman took a planet - destroying bomb from the auctioneer, he flew it into space in seconds, it exploded safely away from earth, and he was back in a few minutes and not even harmed.
Fat Buu fired a blast that Babidi stated was powerful enough to destroy 1/10th of the surface of the earth. Not the entire earth. That's a big difference. Furthermore, this was never confirmed, so using your logic in the Odin debate, it never happened.
Also, Deflecting a blast of a certain level isn't the same as surviving a detonation of that level. If someone throws a hand grenade at me and I catch it and toss it away before it explodes, does that make me so durable I'm immune to hand grenade explosions?
DBZ characters CAN stop planet destroying blasts, when Frieza fired his Death Ball at Trunks which was much stronger than the one that destroyed Namek, and Trunks stopped it with one hand and easily tossed it away. Goku can't match Supe's physically, that's for sure tho.

I hate the fact that people can't recognize what's filler & don't take the time to actually read the manga.

I just checked my manga to make sure, and Goddamnit you were right. But I did find something else that's a speed feat for a SSJ(Trunks in this case). When Frieza tried to blast Trunks, he dodged it and appeared on a cliff that was about 400-500 or more feet away from where he was standing, leaving Frieza and King Cold to believe he was dead, Trunks then did his burning attack while shouting "Frieza!", which then had Frieza dodge it and then be slashed to bits and incinerated by Trunks. Also, some further proof that they can survive planet busting blasts is that after being blasted by Goku, Frieza STILL survived Namek's explosion despite being severely weakened when it happened. By King Cold's own words "My son is not as easily destroyed as a planet."

Even so, the fact that he survived with almost no power, while blown in half with only one arm, after taking a blast from Goku that incapacitated him, is still impressive. What about my speed feat?

He said they teleported all the time, which is just dumb, because Goku himself explained his IT as teleportation to everyone and they were amazed because they had never heard of such a technique before.
He also said their speed is not superhuman(he defines superhuman as faster than sight) and they are incapable of moving that fast, and only Goku, Kid Buu, and Kibitokai can tele.
