(Back to the mansion in the games room, the children are sat around playing. Jones is being annoying by changing the channels when Jubilee is trying to watch)
Jubilee: Cut it out Jones. (He continues) Jubilee creates a small sphere of energy and throws it at Jones. The impact is similar to that of a book.)
Jones: Ow!
(The children laugh. Jimmy-leech- is sat on his own in the corner reading)
Artie: Hey…you guys I can hear what they’re saying down there!
Jubilee: You shouldn’t be listening!
Artie: It Something about some mutant dude who’s been found in Egypt.
Jubilee: Artie!
Artie: Wanna see? (His eyes begin to glow and an image of the x men in the war room appears in the air. Artie narrates what they are saying) (Narrating Bobby) so…if he is awakened he could destroy everything?
(Narrating Kitty) But how do we get to Egypt?
Jimmy: Stop it Artie! (He raises his arm to Artie and Artie is thrown back slightly as his powers disappear)
Artie: What you go and do that for?!
Jubilee: (To Artie and under her breath) jerk!
Jones: (He looks like he can here something. He is concentrating) H…hey you guys quick…You said this mutant was from Egypt Artie?
Artie: Yeah…Why?
(Jones Changes the channel. There is a News Report on)
Reporter: As you can see the sarcophagus which holds the body of the oldest mutant on record is being loaded on to a cargo liner and will unloaded and transported to the museum of Natural History in New York.
(Jones switches the television off)
Jubilee: We need to tell Storm!
Siryn: But…We’re not allowed down there!
Artie: I can do it
Jubilee: (Reluctantly Ok.) Jimmy, has he got his powers back.
Jimmy: (He looks at Artie) yeah.
Jubilee: Ok Artie, do it.
Artie: (He relaxes, closes his eyes and exhales)
(The scene is now with the x men in the war room)
Artie: (His voice is faint yet can be heard over the x-men) Storm!
Storm: (She looks around) Artie.
(Everyone stops talking)
Artie: Don’t talk just think. I heard what you were saying about that mutant
Storm: I to... (Thinks what she wants to say) I told you never to do that!
Artie: I know but that mutant! They’re bringing him to New York. To the Museum. Its on the news!
Storm: (A look of horror consumes her face) Tank you Artie.
Hank: What is it?
Storm: They’re bringing the mutant to New York!
(Angel enters.)
Warren: I just heard on the news.
(Magneto and Mystique enter behind him)
Storm: I Know…
Magneto: This could be the chance we need!
Hank: I agree.
Storm: Ok. Warren, Hank, Bobby, Kitty, Peter and I will go.
Magneto: Wait… You’ll need us!
Storm: (She looks at Hank. He nods slightly.) Fine
if you read my script you'll see my opinion if there are to be more then i would introduce cyclops and jean i think in x5 or against the final battle battle against apocs i d unno x 4 seems too soon
you know that kid in x2 with the lizard tounge? him.. he has telephatic abilities. he can link to another persons mind and if he wishes renderthat person unconcious. he can read minds and thoughts and can display things he sees telephatically like in ma script

SHOT OF NEW ORLEANS IN ITS PRIME DURING MARTI GRAS. A MIDDLE AGED MAN IS WALKING DOWN THE STREET WEARING A TRENCH COAT.
A YOUNGER BOY WALKING PAST BUMPS HIM. THE MAN QUICKLY GRABS THE BOY’S ARM TURNING HIM AROUND TO FACE HIM.

THE BOY BREAKS FREE AND STARTS TO RUN OFF. HE MANAGES TO GET DOWN A SIDE STREET JUST TO SEE THE MAN IN FRONT OF HIM AGAIN.

You can’t get away. Just give back the wallet and take a walk with me. I’m not going to hurt you, just come talk with me.
AGAIN THE BOY RUNS OFF. THIS TIME HE TRIPS, FALLS TO THE GROUND, AND THE WALLET GOES FLYING TOWARD A WALL. THE MAN WATCHES THE WALLET HIT THE WALL AND EXPLODE. THE BOY JUMPS UP AGAIN AND RUNS DOWN ANOTHER STREET JUST TO FIND HIMSELF SURROUNDED BY THE THIEVES GUILD.

A LARGE STAGE WITH ONE SPOTLIGHT COMING DOWN ON A YOUNG BLONDE WOMAN IN THE CENTER OF THE STAGE SINGING.
THE LIGHT SHOW STARTS AND THE CROWD GOES WILD AS THEY CHEER MORE THE LIGHTS GET MORE SPECTACULAR.

Wow you guys pulled out all the stops with these pyrotechnics.

Yeah, only we didn’t do it.
Stage Manager
Then who did?
WE CUT BACK TO THE GIRL SINGING. THE LIGHT NOW APPEARS TO BE COMING RIGHT OUT OF HER. THE SONG COMES TO CONCLUSION WITH A HUGE BURST OF WHITE LIGHT.
(Back at Lotham City Rogue and Gambit are hid behind a building, both are out of breath)
Rogue: I think were safe now.
Remy: (gazing at rogue)
Rogue: What
Remy: Nutin
Rogue: (chuckles slightly) so…You travel on your own?
Remy: Oui mon cher. How about you? Where you be from?
Rogue: (with her back against the wall she slides to the floor) Hmm… I come from this school for people like us…I… I just wish I wasn’t like us! I want to be able to touch. (She begins to cry)
Remy: (he looks at her and crouches down to her. He is wearing gloves that cove his middle finger and thumb on both hands. The gloves are cut off at the base of the other fingers.) Don’t cry petit, (he wipes her tears using his thumb) Gambit hate seeing a lady cry.
Rogue: (she briefly smiles and exhales a silent laugh)
Remy: (he moves her chin up with his thumb. They look at each other and he leans in to kiss her)
Rogue: Don’t. I Don’t want to hurt you!
Remy: Gambit Not afraid (he leans in again)
Rogue: Please don’t
(At the mansion the x-men are on the x jet as it rises out of the basket ball court. The scene cuts to the museum where a huge box labeled fragile is being wheeled in from a truck.)
Man: Dr. Essex where do you want it? (Essex has his back to the camera) Dr. Essex?
Sinister: (he runs his hand across the box) Just leave it in there (he points to a vacant and large storage room)
Meanwhile, the other X-Men are in the jet making their way over to Egypt. The team includes JEAN, SCOTT, STORM, ROGUE, GAMBIT, and COLOSSUS.
SCOTT: How much further?
STORM: We’ll be there in ten minutes.
JEAN is staring out into space. The image of Phoenix is flashing through her mind.
SCOTT: Jean?
JEAN: I’m fine. It’s just a headache.
SCOTT: The last time you said that—
JEAN: It’s just a headache.
Back to Egypt. LOGAN is getting tossed around pretty badly. JUBILEE is dying to jump in. EMMA manages to get a diamond spear through LOGAN. She uses her powers to mold the diamond around his body, so its impossible for him to get loose. BEAST throws him into the wall. ARCHANGEL spreads his wings revealing a mass supply of explosion darts.
JUBILEE: Don’t! You’ll kill him!
ARCHANGEL is about to release the darts, when JUBILEE fires at him. He is knocked over. BEAST and EMMA turn to face JUBILEE.
JUBILEE: Did I do that?
She starts to back up, but stops suddenly. The X-jet is overhead. JUBILEE gets a wicked smile on her face. STORM uses her powers to create a wind storm. EMMA and BEAST get blown back. They flee into the pyramid. MASTERMIND runs to ARCHANGEL’S side and helps him up.
MASTERMIND: Come, you still have much work to do.
The jet lands. SCOTT runs out and grabs a hold of JUBILEE.
JUBILEE: Logan!
SCOTT sees LOGAN on his side with the diamond still woven around his body.
SCOTT: Colossus!
COLOSSUS runs out of the jet and picks up LOGAN. They return to the jet and STORM takes off.
SCOTT: Storm! What are you doing? We’re not done here. Warren, Emma, and Beast are still out there!
JEAN: We can’t fight them, Scott. Not until we can find someway to break through the illusion they’re trapped in. Otherwise, they’ll just end up killing us or we’ll end up killing them.
COLOSSUS sets LOGAN down and begins to help remove the diamond.
LOGAN: The guy’s name is Mastermind. He had me and Jubilee fooled for awhile, but we outsmarted him. Ergh!
COLOSSUS rips the diamond out. ROGUE takes a hold of the diamond.
ROGUE: How much do you think it’s worth?
The diamond turns to dust. JUBILEE goes to LOGAN’S side.
GAMBIT: Don’t worry, chere. Gambit will buy you a much better one.
JUBILEE: (To LOGAN) Are you alright?
LOGAN: I’ll be fine.
He stands and goes to take a seat next to JEAN.
LOGAN: You guys want to clue me in on what’s going on?
JUBILEE: Yeah, like why our friends want us dead.
JEAN begins to explain. Meanwhile, back in the mansion. BOBBY and KITTY are in the infirmary together. MAGMA is still asleep. They’re watching television together. KITTY has the pendant around her neck. BOBBY looks over at MAGMA for a moment.
Meanwhile, back at the pyramid MASTERMIND is using his mind powers once again. He enters MAGMA’S mind and delusions her once again.
KITTY: I’m hungry. You want something?
BOBBY: Ice-cream.
KITTY: Chocolate or vanilla?
BOBBY: Surprise me.
KITTY kisses him on the check and phases out the door. Suddenly, MAGMA wakes up. She gets up and slowly makes her way over to BOBBY. BOBBY is startled.
BOBBY: Allison! I mean, Magma. You’re awake. How are you feeling?
MAGMA: Terrific. Where’s Kitty?
BOBBY: Upstairs.
MAGMA takes a seat next to BOBBY, very seductively. She touches his hand.
MAGMA: Still think I’m hot?
Meanwhile, a mysterious vehicle pulls up in front of the mansion.
BOBBY is beginning to sweat from the heat MAGMA produces.
BOBBY: You’re making me sweat.
MAGMA: That’s the whole point.
MAGMA leans in to kiss BOBBY just as KITTY enters with two bowls of ice-cream. She drops them on the ground.
KITTY: What’s going on?
BOBBY: Kitty!
MAGMA sees the pendant around KITTY’S neck.
BOBBY: This isn’t what it looks like.
KITTY: You cheat!
BOBBY: Kitty, nothing happened! Right, Magma?
MAGMA: He’s right, Kitty. Nothing happened.
KITTY: The Professor told us to watch over you. He said you might not be well.
MAGMA: I’m feeling just fine, but I’m curious, Kitty, what’s that around your neck?
KITTY: The Professor gave it to me to hold on too.
MAGMA: Did he now?
MAGMA’S eyes get red.
KITTY: Is something wrong, Allison?
MAGMA: It’s Magma.
KITTY: Magma?
MAGMA: I want the pendant.
KITTY: You…you can’t have it.
MAGMA’S body starts to smoke.
MAGMA: Don’t make me angry.
BOBBY runs to KITTY’S side and freezes up. MAGMA’S body turns to its molten form. Drips of lava come off her and run towards BOBBY and KITTY, but BOBBY freezes it.
MAGMA: Think you have enough power to stop a volcano?
KITTY: She’s right, Bobby. You saw the danger room.
BOBBY: We can’t let her have it, Kitty. You remember what the Professor said.
KITTY: Why are you acting like this, Allison?
MAGMA: IT’S MAGMA!
MAGMA throws a chuck of lava some of the computers. This awakens XAVIER who is upstairs teaching a class.
KITTY: Magma, stop it. You need to cool down.
MAGMA: Give me the pendant.
KITTY: Come and get it!
BOBBY: Kitty!
MAGMA starts to blast lava at them. BOBBY does his best to ice it off as best as possible, but a chunk of the lava flies off and brushes past KITTY’S shoulder. She screams and falls to the ground. Her shoulder is bleeding badly. MAGMA and BOBBY both stop. BOBBY runs to KITTY’S side.
BOBBY: Kitty? Are you alright?
KITTY: It’s…it’s still burning…stop it.
BOBBY rips her shirt off and begins to freeze her shoulder to stop the burning. MAGMA bends down next to them and takes the pendant. She puts it around her neck and continues out the door. BOBBY stays by KITTY’S side. MAGMA runs into XAVIER.
XAVIER: Allison, stop. You’re under Mastermind’s spell again. Let me help you break through.
MAGMA causes a small eruption under XAVIER’S wheelchair. He’s knocked forward. She continues out the mansion. The other students are alarmed by her firing appearance and hide. She blows the front door open and gets inside the car parked outside the mansion. The driver, who appears to be an old woman, turns to MAGMA and holds out her hand.
WOMAN: Hand it over.
MAGMA: He wants me to hold on to it until we return.
WOMAN: Very well. Did you have any trouble?
MAGMA: Not at all.
WOMAN: Good. The master will be proud.
The WOMAN transforms back into MYSTIQUE and drives off.
