I'm hoping Dooku's solar sailer will be a god successor, although it's not like we saw the Infitrator in its deserved glory anyway. Hands up who thought it was the coolest ship in the film nevertheless... The cross sections book made it out to look superb on the inside, we just got a peep as Darth Maul came down the ramp.
Don't want to start the whole "flamesaber" debate again, but that's one piece of Sith technology I'm not sure I'll like. Getting light to stop in in its tracks to form a cylindrical blade is pushing science fiction to the limits, getting it to form into a scimiter shape pushes it slightly over. Still, it might look cool if that's what GL has planned.
